I entered eveything in and im in cerberus but my armor isnt showing up on my dlc...All of my emails match up and everthing is in order so i dont understand. The code went through and it will not let me reenter it because it has already been used. Can anyone help me figure out how to get my armor that i paid for?

Go to the armor customization locker in the captain's cabin and select the top option. Should say "Armor type" or something similar. Move the slider all the way to the right. Should be there.

If not, let me know.

I'm having the same problem. Got the Zaeed and Normandy DLC's, but no armor or gun. They're not in the lockers and I've tried to switch armor. I've been playing for a while and really want it.

yeah but i never even downloaded it..the option isnt there to download it shouldnt it be?

I never got the option to download it either. Do we just have to call EA and complain?

Once the Cer. Net came through my armor was in the extras DL content right away. I had gone to EA.com to double-check and it made me go through the verification process again for some reason. Right after I confirmed the email address (that took hours) I got the net and armor. Not sure if the rereg. and delivery are related.



Once the armor is on your hd you may need to turn your box off and on. Worked for me. Msg. from Marty Sheen and off to your cabin for a look. Armor is the Black Knightmare, helmet not removable. Weapon is a heavy next time you choose loadouts, it creates singularities that drain health and shields then implode.

yeah i went through ea and went throughj the same time consuming process to make sure everything was right and fixed and still nothing..im a lil disappointed in their choice of method witht this but i think everyone is..am i going to be able to get my armor..who doi need to talk to?

Your using the same email for both 360 and the account you redeemed your code on, correct?

i entered the code, downloaded it from the opening screen, everything went fine, but its not showing up in game. it says to look for a new message at the private terminal. shouldnt that happen instantly?
