So I've gotten to the last sequence of the game, where you fight the generals and the archdemon.  Only thing is I'm not able to call on the dwarf, elf, red cliff, or mage armies to support me.  Did I miss something (talking to a person, donating etc), or did I get caught in a glitch?


Anyone else heard of this or had this happen?  Thanks in advance.
