i dunno.  but, although bioware says that you cant "upload" custom avatars, there is a way around it.  its just time consuming, and requires the pc version of dragon age to do it with.

The most time-consuming part seems to be to wait for the site to 'acknowledge' that you've uploaded the pic. 
Even though i expect them to allow ME2 uploads sooner or later, PC version of either game seems to be a must in order to get the custom avatar.

How are you progressing with yours, Pathogen?

well, my video card went ****** up yesterday, so, i cant fire up dragon age: origins to get my second save with the pic done ><  pissed me off.  ive got everything else taken care of, just need to be able to fire it up again and get it saved with the new avatar.  but, since im broke atm (but getting my income tax return hopefully the end of this week), i cant play any games on my pc, and my laptop isnt anywheres good enough to handle da:o on low settings ><

Be sure to not change any equipment on the char before making that save or the pic will be overwritten. Also it's a good idea to delete that char from the site before you fire up DA:O again, in order for the char be surely uploaded and pic updated.

it is.  i already went to the character management page and deleted the toon i have the pic saved on.  im just waiting to fire up da:o again so the "new" pic can be uploaded.  as i said, EVERYTHING else is taken care of.

seeing tali getting downed is like... rage mode activated! BLARGH





hehe so yeah. plus it makes my shepard look heroic xD

I really loved the Tali romance too. I don't know if it's been mentioned before here (I haven't read the whole thread), but I have been thinking on the medical side of Shepard/Tali romance and what it could mean for the future. I apologize if this has been suggested before.



We know that the Quarian immune system is the big issue. Form what Tali says, it seems two Quarians who are in a relationship can sort acclimatize themselves to each others suit environment. That would make sense really. In a long term relationship they would eventually get used to each other and overcome the illnesses.



The problem for Tali/Shepard is that since Shepard don't live in a suit he will regularly pick up germs from everyone around him, making it near impossible for Tali to ever acclimatize to Shepard.



Hence For Shepard to be able to fully share his life with Tali he would have to voluntarily forgo all other contact and basically live his life in a suit, just like Tali. Free from outside interference Tali could then at least in theory acclimatize herself to Shepard to the point where they could freely... ahem... interact with each other, without fear of Tali becoming sick.



It would be sort of an ultimate sacrifice for love. Shepard gives upp all other human touch to be with Tali. Could even serve to unlock an achievement where Shepard gets a Quarian-style armor, and of course a Quarian civilian suit.
