It would be sort of an ultimate sacrifice for love. Shepard gives upp all other human touch to be with Tali. Could even serve to unlock an achievement where Shepard gets a Quarian-style armor, and of course a Quarian civilian suit.

Nah, cure will be found imo, maybe mordin will have something to do with it. Or maybe cerberus would help.

i do believe that this is brought up in detail somewhere.  in game i think.  but, quarians are based on a different dna structure than humans.  so, while shepard might get sick from something, tali necessarily wont, and vice versa.

but ya, i dont blame ya for reading ALL 110 pages of this.  they need to add a search function to the forums <_<

We've been through this.

Shepard is gonna build Tali the home her father was gonna build for her on HER HOMEPLANET.

But yes, you did put a great amount of thought into that and I had suggested a suit as well. People said he was too big.

Which I think means he has a really b--

out of all that anitlles, the only thing that stuck out was the last line.  then i thought back to that post i made a few pages back about "your brain always thinking" and that i was going to leave it alone.  my suspicions have been confirmed...

besides to sterilize shepard fully. he'd probably die. lol humans aculimilate germs all the freaking time.

it's a part of being human. we have bacteria wether we like to or not.

the only thing shepard can do right now. is help the quarians retake haestrom or any other former quarian colony, cure the quarians immune system dilemma (possibly with Mordin and his Nephew's help) and in a couple of years. Tali will be able to take her suit off and be with shepard.

so there you have it. at the end of mass effect 3, possibly. Tali will reveal her face and body to shepard. and they will make out on grassy cliff overviewing the sea, as the sunsets.

He can just use a DLC armor and not take it off when he comes back to the ship.

The search function has a tendency to melt down the backend database, resulting in a BSN where the posts don't show up at all, people get mad and post multiple times hoping they eventually would, then everything gets quiet. At the end of the day the DB gets up&running again and the forums are flooded with double-tripple-quadruppleposts which were waiting at the 'gateway'. 

Some of the frontends can 'hold the line' but not for long and the end result is the same. Till they fix it, try to use google and add the BSN as a search parameter. Arguably better than the built-in search function...

one crucial thing you are overlooking though.  apparently, the ability for quarians to live without their environment suits already exists.  youll notice it wandering around on illium.  listen to some of the advertisements going on over the loudspeakers.  theres an advertisement for a pharmaceutical company that is doing experiments that boost volus and quarian immune systems.  according to the commercial, the company reports a 40% success rate atm.  so, im sure give it more time, and the success rate will go up.

I don't see the size of the suit being an issue at all. It would only make sense if Quarian suits were tailor made anyway. They could just commission one of unusual size. No doubt it would need various modifications for human physiology, but hey - Tali is a wiz engineer.

This is Mass Effect we're talking about. Anything is possible. They could easily have technology that allows Tali and Shepard to interact without Tali dying or being completely covered in a suit.



Another possibility. The Quarians get sick from linking suits together, but then they adapt. Same could go for Tali and Shepard, she got sick at first but won't get sick or as sick from showing her face again.
