We got down in here on all the reasons why she is so perfect. I have to add that the biggest one is the fact that Tali is the character that was not written for you to fall in love with. It was something that happened naturally for the player and Bio Ware saw it and listened. When they did finally give it to us it was not forced then either. They let Tali still be Tali in everyway and you just fell right back into those feelings from the first game only now it was deeper and had lots of emotional moments to seal the deal. I think it is as close to falling in love in real life as any medium has ever come. It is not something you can truly explain where others would understand. Love for something is love for something. No one ever knows 100% why you feel it but you feel it through to the bone. For the people that don’t get it that is because it just wasn’t for you.

You sir have just nailed it beautifully, in my ever so humble opinion. A perfect description.

Some might ridicule me for what I'm about to type, yet that is their business as they only cheapen themselves when ridiculing sincere emotion from another person. Here it is: I realise that Tali is fictional and yet I am in love with her. As you stated, I feel it in my bones and coursing through my body. It's not just a physical attraction to her due to our limited knowledge of what she looks like; it's a far deeper attraction and appreciation that is rooted to whom she is as a person. I should be so lucky as to garner the interest of a woman with her calibre of personality in "real life".

I could not have put it better.  Tali is the embodiment of ideals and traits that I want in a woman as well.  That is probably why I think she is so compelling.  Tali is perfect.  Bioware would do VERY WELL to listen to the fanbase and keep her in the game as a continuing love interest (and one that survives the whole series).

   She can Vote to make you a crew member of the Migrant fleet at the end of the ME3

I personally wasn't feeling the Miranda romance but I figured it was her or Jack so I talked up Miranda whenever I could.

Exactly. Miranda specifically says that she was genetically modified to have an edge, including looks.. and she wears an outfit that helps to push that idea. But I still have true feelings far stronger for Tali. As much as I like Miranda, I don't love her.

Precisely. While I did find my hot blooded male-ness attracted by Miranda's physical appeal it was more to do with lust than love; she isn't an unlikeable character once you get beneath the cool, business exterior but in regards to my personal tastes Miranda is outgunned left, right and center by Tali's seemingly effortless charm. Tali is like a tailor made glove: Snug and warm without being uncomfortably so. She feels natural and genuine which I respond positively to.

my original tohught was any squad member who died in ME2, in ME3 theres a mission to replace them
and any member who survived in ME2 gets a mission similar to the loyalty mission in ME2, in ME3 so that way you have a mission for every squad member. After that the game starts and you kill reapers or something.

This does have some flaws in it but it could work.

Also i hope we can go back to the ME1 places like Zhu's Hope and laos i want to go to Earth and the Flotilla!

if you think about it. Mass Effect 3 is the final game.

what wouldn't make me think that Bioware is gonna use many of their resources in their arsenal to give us a final BIG game to be happy with.

with mutiple endings.

i'm sure bioware is gonna do something like that. have many characters, plenty of romance options. and plenty of enjoyable- wait. we're talking about the game now aren't we?

still though. i like thinking optimistically. i'm sure they're gonna wanna make the series go out with a bang. :3

lol This is why I did every side mission before going through the omega 4 relay...Doc is the only one who lived...And my squad...It's a very quiet ship with a great AI running it,no need for the engineer,With Tali and EDI...

For those that keep saying like "She better be in ME3!".

Please, don't worry about that. She will be in it, we're just shooting for her keeping a major role



Listen to some interviews (a few posted in this thread) with Casey Hudson. They really know how to deliver a great product, and the whole reason Tali and Garrus got roles like they did in ME2 was because of all the fan feedback. I doubt they will throw out that information for ME3.. They still know how popular these characters are.

ME2 is 2 disks, so can i expect ME3 to be on 4? lol one of them should have Tali on...
