Well...i think we have been noticed by bioware...negetivly...sorry

what are you talking about? i think crimsoncobra just posted the rules here.

i don't think Bioware mods have posted in this thread.

if they have noticed us in a negative way. we'd be locked down by now.

all we can do. is try and resolve and put aside our differences and get back on track: getting some Tali DLC for Mass Effect 2 as soon as possible.

Not Just Tali, but Romances in General.

either way. it's not to late. i don't think Bioware has Taken Notice in us yet.

unless there is a mod in here.

oooooooooooooooooooo so that wasnt Bioware

no i think he/she was just warning us.

Sorry if I made you think that, it wasn't my intention. I just wanted to make sure people were aware that the topic they had strayed onto was against the rules and could put us at high risk for being locked.

In the end, I think not having her exiled is the best course of action. She won't leave your squad, and I think the quarians would understand because she is with the person standing against the main threat.

Tali should die, cause your all to weird.
Samara should be in ME3 hottest model in the game, or bring an actual hottie human.
No hotties in ME1 or ME2, except for Samara

So by actual hottie human, would you mean someone like, oh Idk... Yvonne Strahovski?

I don't think he knows who that is.

Sad, she is quite a beautiful person...in-person, yet her character was given such a bad personality in game.

Looks just like her though, with black hair.

I wonder how the models go for other games, I remember seeing one woman modeling for liara, maybe we might get some leaked info on someone that might model for Tali? Who knows!

thats why i like Tali tho is because shes not voiced by some big name hollywood actress, because that tends to overshadow everything like "oh shes a really good actress so she must be good"

thats also why i like Shepards voice (male) because he's voiced by a person whos not some hollywood actor (and also he's Canadian! Go Canada!)

I thought Martin Sheen did a wonderful job as the Illusive Man. *shrug*

yeah he did, but it tends to be overshadowed because people assume that since hes good in real life he HAS to be good in the game and sometimes they aren't

Also i did mean Mark and Liz, i didn't use their names because people might not of know them...

sorta thing. i love doing that mission :P which is why i saved before every important mission/ aka bookmarked them lol

I adore/love Tali and she is magnificent but I've learned the hard way that placing any individual up too high on a pedestal invariably is a good way to bring about a fall for oneself. There were so many profound moments in ME2. Mordin's mission and the ethical questions and his personal feelings on life vs. the logic of the genophage, Miranda's sister, Samara's epic confrontation of her daughter and the tragic "victory" it can result in, Thane's son, Legion's revelations about a far more civilized Geth than previously thought, Jack's haunting past and other stories and yes, last but certainly not least, Tali sobbing over her dead father's body and Shepard tenderly saying "Hey, hey..." and reaching out to her before they embrace. Those scenes...hell, each of them have left an imprint in my being and I consider myself a richer person for it. Thanks BioWare. The ME series is an opus and does you all credit, in my opinion.

well, even if she did get exiled (she hasnt in my playthroughs) she does talk about how it is possible to get welcomed back to the fleet even after such a verdict has been rendered.

Speaking of rules, do they specify how many replies is the cap? Not that it's a big deal, we could always make a general Tali thread in the group Posted Image

Related to the whole getting "un-exiled" thing, I'm sure there will be some DLC, or more likely, events in ME3 that address a war between the Geth and the Quarians for their homeworld. I'm sure when it's settled, peacefully, or with war, Tali would probabily be re instated. As long as she played a big role in that, of course.

That's just what I think though.

at about 25 minutes in. Funny enough, one of the guys doing the podcast romanced tali. lol.

Gonna listen to this now, while I move some furniture around :3

I am proud to have been able to contribute to public awareness that Bioware knows what Tali's face looks like, but we should all thank Giant Bomb for lining up that interview. Without them, we may not have known about this

I'm pretty sure we showed that already. More than likely the cast for ME3 has already been chosen. It was probably decided very early in development, maybe even when the planned the trilogy.

Also, can you guys please only quote the message you're responding to? What I mean is erase the extra quoting, it stretches where the text goes, and it's really annoying. Posted Image

also did anyone here want to punch that Scotish engineer when he was being racist to and sexually harassing Tali?

I thought the engineering staff quibs and comments were some of the most entertaining aboard the Normandy. It seemed clear to me that Kenneth Donelly was horsing around while also showing his appreciation for female assets. It was even more clear to me that Tali did not feel threatened nor was even remotely interested, but rather rolling her eyes at his comments. The two engineers made a great duo, in my opinion.

I have to be honest this thread is kinda getting old. We tend to go off topic and we're being over fanatic with Tali. I think we need a break :P So much Taliness thanks to this thread lately everytime I say Tali now I think of something like...well I don't know. Big. It's almost overwhelming.

Screaming about Tali to be in ME3 now really wouldn't help though. They have their minds made up I'm sure... Of course we show a lot of support but if they decided there was no Tali in ME3, they'd have decided that a long time ago.

What are the chances of her NOT being in ME3 anyway?

A website made specifically for Tali, linking this thread on it. Then going and spamming that website on other game websites linking that site to this thread.

I just hope they show mercy on us. Maybe a mod, when this thread reaches it's death page, will agree with us.

I don't think we'll have a problem in that department...

the only problem we have. is that she's not gonna be a major part of the series in the third one.
but i have confidence in bioware for making the right choice. bringing back Tali and Garrus are Manditory to make an authentic Mass Effect Game.

otherwise. it's no longer Mass effect. it's more like... like... Pokemon without the Pokemon. just going around catching grass and training grass.

Garrus and Tali have become a big part of the game. not having them in it. or leave your squad, leaving you with new and unoriginal cast. is a horrible. horrible squad.

giving us Garrus and Tali is like putting Ice Cream on a cone.

no one wants an empty cone. they want delicious frozen milk.

thats what i want.

I thought he was Irish...

He was just commenting on the suit being in "all the right places". But he's all mourning about Gabby now, maybe he deserved it Posted Image

Gabby made it on my first run through the game. Guess it has to do with how long you take to jump the Omega 4 jumpgate. Wait too long and members of the Normandy crew start dying apparently. I brought everyone from the ship home safe and sound. "No one gets left behind" means something to me!
