I think her being in Mass Effect 3 is a given.  I just want Bioware to consider more content for Tali in Mass Effect 2.  I hope DLC plan for Mass Effect 2 isn't already set in stone, I hope that the communites voice right now can influence the kind content they make for the Cerberus Network.

Damn, that's a lot. There are few forums that I visit with this many post like this one. This thread is always on the first page on a forum where a new topic can drown in a few minutes.

Possibly neither. Shepard was 28 in ME1. Physically he/she would still be roughly 30 years old since Cerberus used the original body and repaired it/brought it back to life (nevermind the extensive tissue damage). Once the flesh tissue went back to being living tissue it would have continued to age as one might expect during the 2+ years the Lazarus project lasted (though how much of that time Shep's body was living tissue again remains unknown). Also, depending on the exact date of ME2 vs. Shep's date of birth Shep may just manage to be 29 or 31, or keep steady at 28 or 30 since the destruction of Normandy 1 takes place four months after the defeat of Sovereign.
