i use the alternate one because it has gold on the strps on her stomach and helemt which i think look cool. pretty much the same thing tho except it;s lighter and has gold in some parts.

If you have her loyalty, the yes. Just go to your private terminal and selet squad status. Press Y if you have a 360 to change her outfit.

depends on server traffic.  i know it took several hours for my new toon to get uploaded to the database.  sadly my computer went up sh*t creek without a paddle and i have to get a new video card.  ive done EVERYTHING i need to do to upload my "custom" avatar, i just cant log into da:o without a video card to get my toon saved with the new avatar /crai

now back to tali!

Honestly, it's not totally fair to be upset about "post game" dialogue - the fact that they even gave you a new line after the suicide mission/continuing the game + the option to call her up/snuggle her is more then most games ever do.

It can take quite some time.. It's hard to pin down. It can be as fast as a few hours, or as long as a week. When I first got Dragon Age at release, my characters didn't show up for about a month. This one (the one I am using now) updated within a day, because I did the work at night, and it was on the site in the morning.
All you can do is wait, and hope for the best :/

Compilation of most of the directed dialog/right side of the wheel conversation between Tali and Shephard in the whole game. 

I did it for the Femshep/Tali thread to showcase what she can say to a Female Shephard, but I think you might enjoy it regardless. Has some dialog that isn't in the game straight out of the sound files, in and around the conversation starting at 7:30.

Okay, thanks.  The description I read was kinda vague.  It said something about kinetic barrier, so I wasn't sure what it meant by that.

Anytime the term kinetic barrier comes up, that refers strictly to shields. The skill "Barrier" is a Biotic barrier, which isn't the same and sadly doesn't seem to be affected by E-Drain. For this reason I find E-Drain to be kind of a pointless bonus skill compared to Geth Boost. Tali makes good use of E-Drain though I never really max it with her.

If i'm not mistaken, it also puts the energy drained directly toward regenerating your own shields.

Correct - it's basically a shield vampire skill. Saps theirs and boosts yours by the amount. It's generally just not as potent as Barrier/Fort/Geth Boost sadly, except it has the side effect of stripping theirs. Tali makes good use of it, I just don't think it works well as a bonus skill for Shep.

k thanks, i noticed that the characters already there are wearing really old armour and stuff....

anyways for Tali DLC i'd like stuff they say in the romance DLC thread in my sig.

it drains shields not barriers and transmits there shields to yours (or Tali's) it damages bots and not organics
