Thanks, right as I find a youtube video with the whole mission, and just about to the part where it comes up. Gonna watch it anyway.

I've been reading some of the haters threads. Some people think it's creepy how there are 183 pages. I admit some of the stuff that has been posted is creepy, but come on. Is it really that bad to express our love for Tali? Not to mention that they would be surprised at how much conversations can be started about her.

Hi all,

Had a quick tali-related request, and this seems like a place with a high chance of success. Was wondering if anyone had (or could easily pull up an old savegame and transcribe) the text of her passphrase for returning to the migrant fleet? I liked it, forgot it, and missed it when my wife went back on her playthrough...

Much appreciated.

Well, in my opinion. My attraction to a fictional character is weird, but I blame Bioware for making such great believable characters. Image IPB

Indeed, there has been some weird things posted, but a lot of our discussions were normal and civil.

Though it is indeed, weird Image IPB

Did Ash and Liara make anybody else angry in ME2?

Yeah, Ash especially. Liara at first until you see that easily skippable dialogue.

Special Ash with me as well. She was a royal ****. Liara i can kinda see why.
But i just didnt feel it anymore when i met her.
But i was not angry with Liara.

I'm just going to state it straight out: Liara and her gap teeth do not measure up to some of the other Asari you encounter during the course of ME2 - Samara is a potent character both in terms of persona and looks, in my opinion. It does her no favours either that her persona has become much more jaded, cool and even downright nasty (i.e. openly threatening a client with Asari commandos though perhaps that was as much bluff and bravado as actual intent), understandable as that may be given the justification she provides Shepard with. Still, Liara never resonated with me on a level she seemed to me with many others (although I suspect for many it was primarily about "blue alien lesbian sex", etc). She was shy and nice enough in ME1 and I did feel a pang of guilt having to let her down romantically when I picked Ashley, but neither she nor Ashley have managed to grab my imagination as firmly as Tali did. That said, I do think there is great potential for further character growth for both Liara and Ashley come ME3.

I get a particular kick out of the fact that BioWare never intended for Tali to be a romance option, so as others have posted elsewhere the romance that has developed between Tali and Shepard fittingly ends up being the most natural and organic in its progression. I would be lying if I claimed that looks do not matter to me because they do, yet the extent to which they matter is up in the air and with Tali I find that while I'm all but dying to find out what she looks like, it has more to do with desiring proper completion to Tali as opposed to just pure lust. Tali's character, being as wonderful as it is, deserves to be completed with a face. Regardless of what it looks like, regardless of whether I find her face attractive or not, I (and my Shepard) will be better for it than without it since it literally puts a face to the name and enchanting person that is Tali.

Get your hands on these. They even made Tali a series one female figure. Bio Ware knows how popular she is.

One of those times I wish I had a capture card.

Are you doing this on PC? if you are get a free copy of Fraps, works real well

Xbox. Had a bunch of Shepards on there I wanted to continue with.

If anyone can get a better quality version, it would be much appreciated. As I said earlier, it's during Zaeed's loyalty mission, when you acivate the bridge to the compound. Ask him about founding the Blue Suns and it'll happen.

In that case, I'll se what I can do on my end

Liara's got an excuse. Ash does not. And sends an email to apologise. An email.
TIM probably was trying to isolate you from your past so he could convince you to out-and-out join cerberus.

WELL: The first part worked.
And then Tali walked in...and I couldn't resist...
My original intent WAS to stay loyal...
The Talimance drew me in...

In all fairness regarding Ash sending an e-mail, you are aboard a top-secret state-of-the-art private spaceship that the Alliance military (whom she still serves) has absolutely no control over. How else is she supposed to contact you while you are off galvanizing around the galaxy?

One of the most touching moments in the game for me. Mark Meer hits the tone perfectly when he reaches out to her and says "Hey, hey...", in my opinion.

I cried during that mission, and being able to pull that Paragon interrupt made it all worth it.. Made the whole game worth it.

The romance with Tali seems more natural, even though the whole thing is a fan service.

I plan to get Garrus, Tali, and Legion.

Provided I have the cash around that time, though.
