Miranda's heart is in the right place (if you follow the Paragon path). She's just been alone and looking over her shoulder for so long without having much faith in herself as a person (as opposed to her genetic make-up), that she needs to be reminded that it's okay to let the warmth she has inside out in to the open. It's like Shepard says to Thane at one point, "We all lose when you keep yourself apart". Wise words.
Well sure, I just hate how she referrs to herself when you talk to her, she mentions herself as some kind of genetically perfect goddess, which, just annoys me. Merely an opinion none the less.
Fair enough; my impression was that she isn't particularly proud of her achievements because she believes it all comes from pre-determined genetic tinkering rather than her own hard labour and natural talent (she says as much to Shepard in one dialogue option). Hmm. Come to think of it Miranda seems like someone who feels enslaved to forces beyond her control and choosing (i.e. her controlling father and the enhanced genetic copy of his own DNA he had her created from). I'm guessing that leaves Miranda in a less than enviable place where she questions who she really is and whether that person even exists in light of what she is.
I'd say that's right. She talks about being perfect but it's easy to notice her sadness when she talks about it. Anyways, not much more to add on to what you said KFD. She's not a bad person at all though I dont think.
