Naltair, I did not know at the time. I deliberately kept my head in the dirt regarding ME2. Some stuff you cannot avoid learning, but most of it I was able to avoid. I was pleasantly surprised by the Tali inclusion.

they cannot ignore this thread now... i left angry because that jackass was saying "noooo since you can import a save with most of your squad dead" i got pissed cause he was saying Tali was gonna have a minimal role even after all of us are fight for giving her a BIG ROLE along with Garrus.

There is no real Shepard. On top of that it would diminish the idea of choice. They will not limit saves. If they did why even have the suicide mission to begin with. They expect people to die. They know most people won't save everyone, crew included.

You can think that way all you want but it goes against everything they have tried to build with Mass Effect as a trilogy.

Speaking of which, I am continually surprised at some of the butcher bill stories I read on this forum from people who lost X amount of team members. It seemed fairly straightforward to ensure success for the entire team: Upgrade as much as you can - especially defense and combat systems for the Normandy. Take the time to recruit the entire team and see to their needs - this gets them firmly on board and it nets you valuable experience to further enhance your Shepard dealer of death. If any player has just done a cursory bit of reading and has a modicum of sense (though if they are very young players perhaps they haven't reached a certain stage of cognitive development yet - although if that is the case they shouldn't even be playing ME2 from a legal stand point) during their time playing ME2 they should be able to put two and two together (ex. opening an electronic lock is likely best left to a tech member. Even if one is confused by such terms the fact that Legion is a super computer in a robot body should be triggering alarm bells, etc.)

Then again, I do tend to be methodical in my desire to deeply explore and "conquer" the RPG worlds I visit. Perhaps some players figured "Eh, I've got four members on board and that'll have to do. Joker, Edi, hit it!" Big mistake and short sighted.

Well, they made Garrus and Tali love interests becuase of fan request. I really can't see a way for them not to add them as squad mates. I'm really not worried.

I remember being sort of active on the forums, and i voiced my support for Tali for a return as a love interest.



This is the most i've stuck around on the forums, and i hope to see her - if she survives - to return and continue the relationship.

Hopefully with the added reward of being able to see her face. They were constantly teasing us throughout ME2.





Quarian survival rate outside of suit on Illium.

Asari jokes her age of being ld enough to remember Quarians looked like.

Then the whole Camera thing in the romance scene.

To a point, maybe. But I don't see anything wrong with it. Bioware has created a great character that people want to see more of, and are just discussing their passion to see that character continue in the story.

A good, and also potentially bad thing... Emotion and internet forums rarely mix well.. All it'll take is some troll to come in and upset a bunch of people, then you get name calling and flame wars, and eventually a locked thread... And at the very least, some people in here really need to take a second, realize that while Tali was great and certainly an interesting character, that ultimately she's just a game character and should have so much personal emotions invested in her... Some posts in here were... unhealthy to say the least
