I'm having second thoughts about seeing Tali's face. While I would love the mystery of her face to be revealed, I just love how her helmet looks on her and the glimpse of her face beneath it.

Y'know, if everyone does stay, that's actually a bit less work than coming up with yet another batch of new squaddies.



Tali's new home is the Normandy, Garrus probably won't go anywhere just yet, Jack is a convict, Miranda and Jacob are assigned to you, Zaeed's gettin' paid, you're Grunt's Battlemaster, so I bet he'll do anything you want, Legion can't leave either, and Mordin probably doesn't have anyplace important to be.



Really, the only variables we have here are Thane and Samara. Thane might die and Samara has other stuff to do.

Anyone else feel that if you did romance her, it felt as a conclusion to an Arc that was building throughout the game? Like, after the Loyalty mission, and beginning with freedom's progress, with tali's reactions, it seems like she slowly falls in love with you.

1) Don't let either of them dyingon the battlefield



2) Let them have a happy ending scenes... Idk kissing at twilight scene u know that cliche ****...

for me it was more like, in ME1 she's just a friend, but then as both of you mature, you realise there's something more their.

I agree though, the experience would have been worse if you could romance her from the get go, make the relationship feel much deeper.

 True that, there really isn't any measureble amount of distaste for Tali, yes there are a few people here and there that don't like her character, but i think we've created ourselves a surefire way of getting Tali into a pivotal role in ME3. Devs don't ignore what people like, and I'm pretty sure 600+ posts  in under 24hours is getting attention.

The popularity of Tali was probably expected to a point, but i think even the devs are probably surprised at the fanbase that has surrounded her character. After all, if something aint broke, don't fix it. In Tali's case, we don't need a replacement. (though bringing in another Quarian is definitely a welcomed idea, kal'reeger? Adam Baldwin ftw? )

So keep up the phenominal work people!

The only reason I would see this thread getting locked, is due to an eventual derailment on the topic, or just a bunch of "TALI!!!!" posts with no construct or anything

Though, I'm sure the Devs have already planned who and who isn't going to be in ME3.

Slowly falling in love? Tali claims to have watched Shep throughout ME1. She just didn't say anything because she didn't think he reciprocated. God, it almost made me tear up! NOTHING makes me tear up...

Anyway...it's a LOT slower than just ME2 according to Tali.

Yeah, to be honest, Tali fits the best with Romance.



She helped you with Saren, and if she's exiled in the trial, Shepard says "I wasn't reffering to on eof your people, I was reffering to mine! Come on, Tali'Zorah vas Normandy. Let's go home."

I kinda feel that way now, especially after the tease during the romance.  I wanted to see her face at that moment, but I realize that I find the mystery attractive.  Her personality and accent do enough for me anyway.

^^ this.  you do get that vibe in the first game that as it progresses, she does care for shepard.  i mean, on the paragon route, one of the later conversations with her is that "most quarians are treated as second class citizens..." and ive "treated her as one of the crew.  as an equal," and that says a lot about shepard as a person.  also, "when the time comes, ill be by your side."

I'm all about keeping Tali alive (as you say), but as a predominately FemShep player i was utterly disgusted with the fact that Tali WAS romanceable for femshep up to the last part.  She actually told me she wanted to join suits and then nothing...............The fact that no one comments on this makes me want to abandon the Tali-movement altogether.
