Guys Tali is going to part of the crew in ME 3 she carries Normandy as her ship name no matter how you end her Loyalty mission either by exiling her or clearing her name... Either way the Normandy and its crew are her home now and you are her Captain.. Taking her off of the Normandy would go against what Bioware set up as Quarin custom.

People who care enough to import their ME2 saves are going to make sure they get everyone they want out alive. People who dont care about getting their squad out alive wont bother with importing that save to ME3; they will just make a default shep in ME3.

Yeah, it's a safe bet. People like Samara and Thane/Grunt will leave the party in the next game, making room for the originals Ashley/Kaiden, and Liara.

While that would be great, it should all be about choice.  That's the magic of BW games.  Go with the old team who turned their backs on you (for the most part), or embrace you new, loyal comrades?  that was what ME2 was all about for me.

People talking about sex with her, pondering the mechanics of it, and generally getting an unhealthy obsession about it at times. I understand the fandom, I'm apart of it afterall, but some people, uh... cross the line at times.

indeed you are right... there is also an achievment for getting all the people out alive so chances are everyone will have at least 1 save with them all surviving and its also a bragging right to have a ME2 save with everyone alive so i think almost everyone will have everyone survive...

Samara is a Justicar. She has a duty to uphold. Not many people are that crazy about her anyway so it'd make sense for her to leave. She said she was there to go against the Collectors anyway.

Thane is about to die. This one is obvious.

Grunt has a clan now. I actually hope he returns to Urdnot and helps them. I'd love getting Wrex in return. Wrex is (sorry guys) my favorite ME character period. He's awesome on so many levels. If he was in my team would definitely always be Tali, Shep, Wrex.

This is the thing that kills me.  I just can't imagine a scenario where the love interest with Tali will be done to anyone's satisfaction since Tali can die in ME2. 
I think the main problem is that I see the Tali story arc different than perhaps Bioware does.  In a universe where Tali can die the arc is
Friendship >> Romantic Interest >> Death 
or
Friendship >> Romantic Interest >> Yay New Girfriend

I don't want that.  I want
Friendship >> Romantic Interest >> Both Realize They Are Soulmates
or if you want to get really melodramatic
Shep Sleeps With Ash/Liara >> Ash/Liara Abondon Shep >> Realize Quiet Girl Was Always There For You >> Choose Tali Over Ash/Liara In Dramatic Scene >> Live Happily Ever After<3
Come on!  It's a classic love story.
Short of somehow bringing Tali back from the dead for players who let her die (damn them all) I don't see how there can be an epic resolution to the Tali/Shep Romance.

You shouldn't worry so much. They, most likely, won't add any more characters to the game. You'll get a mix of your ME1 and ME2 squad mates. With as many as they had in ME2, it's no problem for them to just do fleshed out conversations and what-not for them all (since, as I mentioned, one or two are probably leaving, like Samara and Thane).

I don't think that's crossing the line, you can technically be in love with a character since well they still have a personality built into them that might appeal to you. Wishing she was real... you can wish all you won't but it won't happen, so it technically doesn't hurt anyone. So I don't think that's actually run of the mill creepy nerd stuff.
