indeed, some people think that Asari are closer to Humans than Quarians but i think the Quarians are actually closer... in terms of appearance the Asari are closer but what i mean is in terms of how they're made (their physiology) is more similar I think.

Tali is probably one of the better portrayed characters in ME2, scratch that, one of the only well portrayed characters, alongside legion and Garrus.

Yeah, wasn't it that bachelor party in illium's Eterntiy club that gave it away?  That place was quite revealing, especially the conversation between the Quarian and the Turian.  I had to hear that one through to the end.

So yeah, I think  BioWare made that suit skintight for a reason but they balanced it nicely with a feature obscuring mask and a ceremonial-looking veil/headscraf.  Clever.

Like sharing how much you want to have sex with a video game character and generally not being able to distinguish reality with ficition. I have no issue with fan art (some are really terrific works too!) and fan fiction, I encourage it even, that is a part of being a fan of a character or franchise.

So, I've been trying to think of how the romance between Tali and Shepard might go in ME3, taking the ME2 romance into account. Here's what I've come up with for a, if not the, peak in the relationship in ME3:



Tali and Shepard are sitting on the couch in his cabin, sharing an intimate discussion. There is a momentary lull in the conversation. “So I’ve….,” Tali stutters, looking to the ground, then back to Shepard “I’ve taken some antibiotics, as well as some immuno-boosters…”
Shepard grins slightly. “You have, have you?”
Tali stands and walks gracefully over, sitting on the foot of the bed. “I have.” she replies.
Shepard joins her on the bed, a roguish smile growing across his face “Now, Ms. Vas Normandy, I thought you said that you talked a lot when you were nervous, as a defence mechanism?”
Tali releases a quiet giggle as she reaches up and removes her helmet, allowing her hood to fall to her shoulders. She leans in closely, her face mere inches from Shepard’s. “Who’s nervous?” she says quietly, then softly kisses him. She pulls back just far enough to part their lips, then opens her bright eyes, looks into his and whispers “And I’d prefer Ms. Shepard”
Shepard’s face softens as he gently pulls her face towards his, and embraces her warmly as their lips meet once more. As they lay back on the bed, the camera pans up to the skylight in the ceiling, white stars streaming past.



So what do you think? Any good? I’m just a little bummed, cuz now that I’ve written and posted it, it prolly won’t happen. But I couldn’t not share it with the fans

too right. the ending in ME2 could have at least featured an embrace or even hand-holding.  instead, nothing.
