This Tali thread scares me, but I admire everyone's zealous support of her character.

We want Tali back. We want no flaming. We have been reasonably successful.

Not if you had a dream about being abducted by Collectors haha.
I would hope it wouldn't be pleasent haha. The only ME dream I had was the drop on ILos.

Tali rules, but I think Bioware should do what they feel is best for their story rather than trying to bow to every fan whim. That never ends well.
that's always for the best, IMO. The thing here is, I`d love for bioware to make sure there are Unique situations for Every LI, ME1 and ME2, in ME3, so that nobody is favored or left out.
The Tali romance is completely optional, and IIRC even recruiting her is completely optional(although without her upgrade someone will definitely die in the engine room), and I think it says something good about her charachter(and bad about us as fans), when by far the majority of people who dislike her do so not because of her charachter itself, but because of how we act.

This thread is something else so is there a genuine fear that somehow she won't be back in ME3 in some capacity? Assuming she survives which for most tali fans I presume she does, she would have to some kind of role being she is now tied to the ship. Just curious.
I don't have any fear that Garrus/Tali won't be returning. They've become a bit of a staple of the series.
I want to say all Love Interests will return as squadmates, but I dunno.

She'll, in all likely hood be IN the game, we just definitely want her to be on the squad.
And Naltair, please don`t take offense to this, but your sig might be giving the haters fuel for their fire. I think it might be better if you changed it to something more family friendly.

I am not sure if that is a good or bad thing, I think it says something about both parties though. The detractors are petty and just looking for something to be divisive with. While the fans may or many not realize they are contributing to the issue with their antics.Handren wrote...

Neither side is really super bad it's just what happens when you have a polarized populace, especially in this forum format. With that said I think this group is pretty harmless some skirt the bounds of creepiness but I am a Tali fan and I don't mind expressing it. I am just not as vocal on the issue.

Noted, I think if someone wants to take umbrage at my sig then they were looking for something to be angry about in the first place.Handren wrote...

Sorry. I personally imply that Tali should be in ME3 by using facts as evidence, instead of pressuring Bioware to do it (I.E. her support for Shepard may prevent her from going back to the fleet).
Didn't want to spur up an argument. I was aware that would start something when I was posting it, but was willing to take the risk. I like expressing my opinions in an open minded ready to take some flame way.
As for the opinion part, i dare to say that the way you expressed it was open-minded but the opinion itself was not. That's the only problem i see with that.
Good thing we are here to discuss some other stuff on what we most certainly do agree: our favourite Quarian has to be in ME3. Let's continue from there.

being able to have your squad die in the end really makes things difficult. they should have had more scripted death like virmire events. and with loyalty missions, be able to get both to survive. then there wouldnt be such a problem bring in your me2 characters
