It's a possibility yet there is also the possibility that I will like what I see. It's like that with anything in existence: There is risk (one of the reasons an entire profession has arisen to deal with "risk management", but I digress).

I would rather know what Tali looks like as set forth by BioWare since they are creators of her and the quarians. BioWare is the only legitimate authority on what she and her fellow quarians look like. Not all the fan art in the world will ever manage to supplant that fact.

Others may have different views on this matter, but I would rather take a leap of faith on this occasion in the hopes of finding something positive than deny myself any chance of such occuring out of a sense of forboding and fear. Dare to dream my friend! Either way something will be gained since it will allow for closure and grant a greater understanding of Tali as a character - pretty face or not.

Also, it is indicative that Kal cares about Tali's well being - they have worked together, she is a fellow quarian and he is a quarian marine which means one of his prime duties is to protect other quarians.

Caring about someone does not automatically equate with loving someone. They are often associated with one another yet they are two separate concepts....And if there was the early beginnings of a mutual attraction between them, so what? A critical mass (no pun intended,) has been building between Tali and Shepard once more now that he is alive again and they are reunited.

That's a point - did anybody consider holding back on consummating their relationship with Tali over fears for her health.



I considered it myself, after all I wouldn't put it past a game that kills off characters like flies to take away someone you care about because of your own impatience.

On the subject of Liz Sroka's excellent voice acting, I do routinely pull up the Tali clips just to smile at how she says her lines. Her vocal inflections are wonderful. She was rather bubbly and youthful sounding in ME1, but in ME2 when she starts hitting on you, her voice just gets... husky, sultry, and pretty darn seductive.
