tali ftw. Random question here, anyone know how long Quarians live for? I dont think it was mentioned in the Codex.

I think as long as humans.

The Mass Effect Wiki reffers to them as "generally shorter and of slighter build than humans". I think they go by very similar, if not the same amount as humans. Though, just a guess.

I've ways planned, so that it doesn't die. Tomorrow, I'll begin a large edit on the OP, giving some questions that the posters can answer.

Example: What do you think Tali's role will be in ME3? And all of that. Feel free to speculate amongst yourselve's too!

Soliek,

If someone could make a tribute video using that song, it would be amazingly fitting (considering everyone 'saw' what she was inside and fell 'in love' with that). I would, but I kind of suck at making montages.

Still... hint, hint.

Proud I will be, brother. I'm really just speculating because how FAST we're getting posts. I mean, of course if it does, it'll come right back up if any ME3 news or dlc content related to Tali is leaked. Posted Image

This thread is helping me from going insane due to anticipation of ME3. 2 years, hopefully less before ME3 is released.

I don't get why people can't just accept others opinions, instead of trying to force their way down the others throat. I personally have no clue why someone would be attracted to somone with the looks of jack, though, that's just my opinion. I'm not going to call out everyone who does and make a big deal out of it for no reason. Posted Image

And thanks for the support, everyone! It means a lot.

Geth buisness went down 300 years prior to mass effect.  Imune systems *can* change drastically in one generation but for there to be more likely drastic change, two or more generations are neseccary along with a change in lifestyle.  Reasonably, that puts Quarians at at least 2 or 3 generations since their "exodus".  Pair that with the fact that the galaxy has re-written their opinions on their people as a whole (generally became generally intolerant to them thinking they were thievs etc).  Turians live longer than humans, 250 years sounds right to me.  Asari... a lot longer.
All this points towards them not living much more than 100 years or so.  Maybe more, maybe less.  Its safe to say they might live less than or equal to human though, in my opinion.

I hope for 5 big DLC projects, 2 of which add content for the endgame players specifically.  These big DLCs would add at least 10 hrs of game play / 3 or 4 new chains of dialog per character designed for post Suicide mission convos.
Spread these out evenly over the next 2 years and you will be coming back to me2 consistantly until ME3 breaches the horizion.

Well that means that Shepard and Tali could effectively live together till they died.....what a happy thought Posted Image. Of course by then Tali should be reasonably resistant to the bacteria that shepard has. So live happily ever after without the suit......just normal clothes. I like the idea.Posted Image

I cant remember where the quote came from or what it was exactly "The greatest victory you can achieve is not to force your beliefs on another person, but to convince them your belief is completely superior" and i think that notion is present in all people, however debate is not inherently a bad thing, just when it turns into mindless flame wars, with no real discussion of facts

Haha. I didn't mean the Tali lovers directly, but really anyone. Threads like these could be at risk because of such flaming and arugments Posted Image. In joking matter of course it is. Maybe I'm just being to literal? Posted Image

But on the subject of children... Any relationship that lasts that long should have 1 or 2.  Maybe adopt 1 Quarian and 1 human?  Who knows.  Asari surrogate program?  LOL

So this entire thread has acheived the greatest victory. Now that's exciting, cuz no one really has bashed anyone who has come in here and disliked Tali. Kudos to Tali fans! We know how to take the high road.

I agree, debate is fine, but like you said, when it gets to "X is better than Y, because X is Z" or something. Insulting, and flaming Posted Image. I just respect others opinions and dont reject or fight to sway the opinion. You like what you like, why should I bother trying to make you change that?
