Blackout, your fanfiction once again has been well written. Your support for Tali is appreciated, by me and others, I'm sure.
Is the fan fiction posted on the OP if not where is an easily accesible like? I need to read the first 2

Was Tali a virgin before Shepard? Just curious.
Yeah, It's practically confirmed with her saying she's never linked her suit environment with anyone. I also think it's safe to assume she's never even had a boyfriend.
When you think about it, it's almost indescribable the amount of attraction she must have for Shepard. You have to consider that a guy like Shepard would be extremely appealing to any "typical" woman; he's a handsome, very famous hero who commands a certain amount of power and respect. But you also have to consider Tali's personal issues. She grew up feeling little love and affection from her primary male role model, her father. A man like Shepard, who not only has a few years of age over her, but is also in a position of authority, would instantly appeal to a girl like Tali who's lacked affection from her father. And even on top of all of that, you have to factor in the isolation and lack of physical contact that the Quarian lifestyle entails.
You combine all of that, with the fact that Shepard is (probably) her first real love, and you basically have a perfect storm of affection and attraction from Tali towards Shepard. If Tali and Shepard are ever separated, Tali would be emotionally devastated beyond words.

Tastes differ, yet personally I find it to be a bit bland and generic "rough-vocal-rocker-sings-sad-sounding-love-song". It's your creative project though, so if you like it and want to use it then that is sufficient in my opinion.

It starts of slow and picks up pace throughout the song, the lyrics are uplifting but not as cheesy as a straightforward love song, and it's got a "spacey" feel to it (especially the solo) which I think fits nicely into the Mass Effect universe. Anyways, just my opinion.

I know right! She was a pretty cool Quarian. But they're always so helpless, it just makes me wanna do something for them so much lol. She sounded awfully in need of help when she said "I eat nutrient paste in the Turian shelter every night, but I think I'll be ok".

There is special dialogue, she talks to the Quarian, however I think the dialogue without her there is better, cause the Quarian is shocked that you know about the Pilgrimage, but for some reason when Tali's there she's not shocked to see another Quarian.

Well, I'm off to bed. Thanks to all you wonderful folks for giving an old soldier a bit of happiness - keep the thread going til tomorrow, ok?
We have the watch now, sir. Enjoy your evening.
(former soldier myself)
I served in my home country's royal guard as a grenadier in a motorized infantry division (which is part of my country's Royal Army). We serve as part of the royal family's active security detail (the royal guard contingent for that mission serves as the outer perimeter line of defence while the royal family's personal bodyguards, whom are usually provided by specially trained police forces, maintain the inner perimeter line of defence).
Hehe. I'm not British but no offence taken. Besides, gauging from your username and the use of "riflemen" I'd say you are a US Marine. I knew a few when I was a teenager growing up in East Africa. Many of them seemed like fine people and I'd trust them to get the job done any day in a fire fight.
The official English translation of the royal guard I served in is "The Royal Lifeguard" which I personally think sounds a bit silly in English since it conjurers up images of beach/swimming pool lifeguards, but the term fits as both groups protect lives. This year my country's royal lifeguard will celebrate its 352nd anniversary.
If you're interested below is a link to a video clip of a performance from the Royal Lifeguard at a military show in Moscow:
Back on topic: Just for ****s and giggles, since some posters have been drooling over Tali's hips (and they are nice looking, I must admit) any takers on Tali's measurements?

You know speaking of that... I was always a little skeptic about the commonly favored "Build a house on her homeworld" ending, which I like the idea of, but the general ending will be...weird. Neither of them will enjoy still and static life on ground I think... Maybe they should get themselves a big ship that will be piloted by Joker and live there. Similar to the migrant fleet ships. Won't help her immunity system, of course, but it's not like she can adapt to her new homeworld in her lifetime anyway. Maybe other party members who have nowhere else to go can live there, like Garrus. Or at least come there every so often for refuge or whatever.
