Also cannot wait for ME3. Anticipation is killing me, and it has only been a few weeks since ME2 release. Hopefully dlc will help.

Guess I'll try again.
While people are recommending songs, I thought that I would nominate one that I believe fits even better than the previous song that someone mentioned.
It starts off slow and picks up pace throughout the song, the lyrics are uplifting but not as cheesy as a straightforward love song, and it's got a "spacey" feel to it (especially the solo) which I think fits nicely into the Mass Effect universe. Anyways, just my opinion.
Thoughts?

Was Tali a virgin before Shepard? Just curious.
Yeah, It's practically confirmed with her saying she's never linked her suit environment with anyone. I also think it's safe to assume she's never even had a boyfriend.
When you think about it, it's almost indescribable the amount of attraction she must have for Shepard. You have to consider that a guy like Shepard would be extremely appealing to any "typical" woman; he's a handsome, very famous hero who commands a certain amount of power and respect. But you also have to consider Tali's personal issues. She grew up feeling little love and affection from her primary male role model, her father. A man like Shepard, who not only has a few years of age over her, but is also in a position of authority, would instantly appeal to a girl like Tali who's lacked affection from her father. And even on top of all of that, you have to factor in the isolation and lack of physical contact that the Quarian lifestyle entails.
You combine all of that, with the fact that Shepard is (probably) her first real love, and you basically have a perfect storm of affection and attraction from Tali towards Shepard. If Tali and Shepard are ever separated, Tali would be emotionally devastated beyond words.
Utter shock

Faunts has good music for that too. They are a similar style. They did the credits song for m1.Xiao.Hu wrote...

I thought it was pretty good. I also wanna make a vid using this song, but it'll be revolved around ME2 not just Tali and Shepard. Favorite song in the world, but you guys may not like it.![]()

Well, I think the second coolest Quarian Female is the one you find arguing with the Volus about the chit. If we didn't have Tali, I'd be going for her.
You know speaking of that... I was always a little skeptic about the commonly favored "Build a house on her homeworld" ending, which I like the idea of, but the general ending will be...weird. Neither of them will enjoy still and static life on ground I think... Maybe they should get themselves a big ship that will be piloted by Joker and live there. Similar to the migrant fleet ships. Won't help her immunity system, of course, but it's not like she can adapt to her new homeworld in her lifetime anyway. Maybe other party members who have nowhere else to go can live there, like Garrus. Or at least come there every so often for refuge or whatever.

That's why I don't use top of the pop charts (or rock) songs anymore. Very rarely anyway. I use actual trailer music, and I make actual trailers.
But then again, I was like everyone else when I started. That was a long time ago. Video editing is my passion and hopefully will be my career.
Hell, I want to work for Bioware and make trailers and cutscenes. Seriously.
I like the sounds of the song, but not the lyrics. Its too depressing for Shepard honestly. I mean, its literally about running away. The Gay Warden wrote...

Perfect for Tali. Refusal to believe something good happened to her. Feelings of love tempered by humble nature. Makes acceptance more important for her.sergio71785 wrote...

In the following scene, where they talk near the Ship's core, she goes on to say that she acted unprofessional, she was selfish, that Shepard deserves someone better, etc.
Having her express those thoughts was a *great* touch. Basically, it translates into her being in a slight denial over the thought of Shepard having feelings for her; it registers as "too good to be true" for her.
Honestly, Tali and Shepard's romance is so perfectly crafted and genuine; I can't figure out if it was the product of pure genius or an extremely good accident; maybe it's a little of both? I really can't think of a better crafted love story, in any medium.

Ahh... young love.
The part that stands out most for me is during her and Shepard's talk in the engine room, how, with the correct dialogue choice, she says she's been watching Shepard for 'so long', describing key moments through [my] Shepard's career. That's when it *really* sunk in to me how deeply she appreciates, admires, and cares for him.

Oh yes. I did like Ash in ME1 but I would have picked Tali first if it were possibly (it was not). I don't like to see any of the ME characters suffer at my Shepard's hands emotionally though. Playing with people's hearts is not something to be taken lightly, IMO. I don't appreciate it when others do that to me.
