I think that was added in there for the sake of informing players of ME1 that it was Tali sliding down.

Its actually the scream ("Tali!") when she gets carried away by those bug swarms on the Suicide run if you don't have a good enough biotic.



I totally freaked out, turned off my 360 and rocked back and forth for the night...

I was too scared / kind to actually turn her down just to see what she'd say. =X Goes back to me earlier. Stupid not being able to bring myself to choose the negative option, even if only to see what happens!

I can relate. I've only done it once and it was way after having pursued the Paragon lines to completion. My curiosity was picqued but it was gut wrenching (as expected). I could only justify it to myself because of the quick load function, and even then it was a grim choice.

Well, what would you expect her to do? She's never actually *touched* anyone in her life, with the exception of her birth and/or early childhood, possibly. Neural stimulators can only do so much, man!

And she loves him. Yeah, that too.

Considering that she has all this emotion and passion pent up in her for over two years in regards to Shepard, whom she never expected would look her way and suddenly the moment she has likely daydreamed about for years (literally) is there. Right in front of her. All she has to do is act on it. That's powerful stuff man, I don't care who you are.

That's exactly hwo I took it too. A sudden release of pent up emotion. In this case it's agood emotion though, unlike when that phrase is usually used.

I still can't get over the emotion in Tali's voice in all her lines. Really gives me chills.

I think we both explained it wrong. It wasn't out of character, obviously, for the reasons you stated. I think we meant it was just... unexpected and surprising(in a good way!) of her due in part to how nervous she was but a few moments ago.

   I think it also relates to the dialogue..... in the moments before shes explaining that she talk's to much when shes nervous because no one can see her expression.  Now that he took her mask off, she does'nt have to talk anymore.....

   Also i like the change in her voice when the mask comes off.... it no longer sounds as mechanized lol .... bioware is such teases lol.

Damn straight they are! And you just know they were/are rubbing their hands in glee with that scene! Damnation! Tali face reveal is a must in my book!

   You can make Tali slide off the platform 90 % of the time if you pick her second.  If Tali climbs onto the platform second, hands you the detenator core for the reactor, and IS NOT the one holding the omni tool with illusive man's hologram than she will be the one that slides. 

   Tested it out and 90% of the time if shes picked second thats how it goes.

Yeah. I'm too lazy to check which i left and right right now, but select Tali 2nd when choosing your two squad mates and it should happen.

Although I think there is a subtle differance between being whipped and being willing to do anything for someone, although my shepard may be in the former. XD

Agreed. The former implies that you are no longer your own master. The latter implies that you realise what the other person means to you and place high value upon him/her while still making the final call on your decisions/actions. It's the difference between being a slave and being an equal partner.

Oh ya, hadn't even thought of that. I was just thinking maybe there was some kinda script in the program tracking which squadmembers are used the most, and the most popular of the two is the one that falls. But your idea seems way simpler lol
