I wrote this several pages back, but I feel it gives a good insight into Tali's feelings for Shepard:
Yeah, It's practically confirmed with her saying she's never linked her suit environment with anyone. I also think it's safe to assume she's never even had a boyfriend.
When you think about it, it's almost indescribable the amount of attraction she must have for Shepard. You have to consider that a guy like Shepard would be extremely appealing to any "typical" woman; he's a handsome, very famous hero who commands a certain amount of power and respect. But you also have to consider Tali's personal issues. She grew up feeling little love and affection from her primary male role model, her father. A man like Shepard, who not only has a few years of age over her, but is also in a position of authority, would instantly appeal to a girl like Tali who's lacked affection from her father. And even on top of all of that, you have to factor in the isolation and lack of physical contact that the Quarian lifestyle entails.
You combine all of that, with the fact that Shepard is (probably) her first real love, and you basically have a perfect storm of affection and attraction from Tali towards Shepard. If Tali and Shepard are ever separated, Tali would be emotionally devastated beyond words.

I think that was added in there for the sake of informing players of ME1 that it was Tali sliding down.
Its actually the scream ("Tali!") when she gets carried away by those bug swarms on the Suicide run if you don't have a good enough biotic.
I totally freaked out, turned off my 360 and rocked back and forth for the night...
Wow. I. I would never have brought her along with me. Not with Garrus protecting her in the other team.
Question: Does Shepard freak out more when his Love interest dies?

did anyone wonder why sheps face was illuminated after he removed the mask i kno her eyes glow but no way can they glow that bright.....maby her hair glows....awsome lol

Hey, for all we know, the three humans simply cut off their pinky fingers! I'd imagine it's a lot harder to *grow* a finger than it is to lose one! >.> <.<

I find that the trick to dealing with Harbinger is to quckly take out as many of the regular Collectors as possible, even after Harbinger spawns, as long as he isn't close to you. Doing that means he can't continually re-spawn in a given fight.
Also, the person that slides down in the last battle scene depends on which party member you selected first. The second pick is responsible for transferring the Illusive Man's call.

I think he is referencing the genetic differences between humans and quarians. As I recall quarians and Turians both have a retro amino acid DNA structure whereas humans have a vitro amino acid DNA structure. It's the cited reason in the Index as to why human food is dangerous to quarians and Turians and vice versa. It probably also indicates that cross species pregnancies are a no go.
