Yeah, there's definately something up with his eyes. No doubt. They're cybernetic looking, especially with the three radially-spaced smaller circles surrounding his pupils.

I wish you could talk with them relationship wise.  Would be funny just to joke aorund / flirt with your love interest after the game is over.

id have to go through my saved game again and listen carefully.  tbh, i never really payed much attention to whether or not there was any kind of whispering occuring.  all i know is that shepards face didnt quite look the way id expect for having his love interest sitting on his lap.  had more of that "if she doesnt shut up, imma smack the sh*t out of her."  thats how i percieved the look on his face anyways.

I was just hoping that after completing the mission in a way that was an amazing and unexpected success (everyone including my crew and that Jack creature lived), with no more stress or pressure she would have SOMETHING to say. But instead it's like she bumped her head during the mission and got amnesia, she just keeps repeating her "Ummm... are you interested...?" dialogue over and over, even though Shepard already cleaned her pipes. Likes what's the deal?

Aye, I would have prefered that they just kept her repeating the "It was totally worth it" dialogue if there was going to be a dialogue loop (which was to be expected as that's how it's been throughout the ME games once you reach certain points).

So, just finished. After choosing Tali second, Garrus used his Omni-tool to let TIM speak with us, and Shepard saved her from falling to her doom. AND she pulled him up after jumping to the Normandy. Wheeee.

Can't get over the "would have brought music, but I didn't know what you'd like" line. That and the coy little "it's fun watching you shout." Great lines, incredible acting.

I just turned off the music and listened for a good 3 minutes or so. I heard nothing but ship sounds.

If you kill enemies after stepping out of the Mako you receive much more experience for the kills. Use the Mako to whittle down the health of larger opponents before finishing them off with small arms fire. Don't use the Mako's firepower on regular foot soldier units.

Shepard's eyes are the same if you're full renegade. Only difference in that Shepard's eyes are reddish-orange.

Yeah this is the DLC that I really want.  More dialog for LI and the ability to go out on some type of date in Omega and Illium.  It would be a lot of fun to go dancing and talk for a bit.  I would also like to hear what Tali is saying when she is in your lap.

We are over 9000!  That is sick.  I have never seen anything like it and I know they have taken notice by now.

Nah. Her tales of being a migrant spacer and the adventures she had on her pilgrimage, tracking geth and salvaging the memory core and then fleeing to the Citadel have Shepard completely enthralled. As highly social beings, the quarians are all very good story tellers with a rich oral tradition.

As to Tali's appearance,

1) Bioware won't make her ugly. They will intentionally try to make her attractive. It's not hard.

2) Some people have specific interpretations, but really, you can't really tell much from just the mask. She has two eyes and a nose, and some kind of mouth to speak, that's all of know. Her eyes do appear to be glowing somewhat, so I would be surprised if they didn't unmasked.

3) We liked Tali already without having seen her face. Her personality, and less importantly, her body outline is what made us like her. So the face should not be so important. Although it would be great to see. And have Shepard kiss her

4) The reason why the masks do not show the face probably has to do with privacy, or the material that shields the quarian from harmful material is not able to be see-through. As to privacy, the Migrant Fleet is cramped so a suit and a hidden face could be the only privacy that they get.

qft.  but as i said, i just dont think the expression on shepards face matches the mood in the room, and thats the part that always stood out the most with the couch cuddle scene.

My 3rd playthrough I was a total renegade bastard, and let everyone die including shepard.

I have to say though, if you have never seen the scene where Shepard dies you should -- its very moving...
Though I never got why Joker couldn't of just pulled me up <_<

His bones aren't THAT weak

They are weak, but also consider that Shepard is not a small man - he's tall and well muscled and wearing full body armor. Joker is presumably not the strongest fellow around given his condition and sitting in front  of the Normandy's controls most of the time. It is a very moving scene though, I agree.

Just watched the scene on youtube, don't know if I could handle it in-game, playing through the entire game to lose your entire crew and then watch yourself die,.. I probably would cry, just proves what masters at story bioware is, shame on anyone who says that ME2 had no story =P

that fine.  at least you came in here and gave your opinion in a civilized manner (kudos to you on that btw).  as such, i will give you my rebuttal on the matter in an equally civilized fashion.

i do agree with your first comment, first and foremost.  aesthetically, tali is an attractive character (by all outward appearances).

second comment, im going to have to disagree with you on that.  with what little you ARE able to differentiate, it appears that her facial structure is, for the most part, human in nature.  thats not to say that its ENTIRELY human in its looks, but, i tend to think that, of all the other races, quarians probably look the most like humans out of everyone else.  secondly,  when shepard tok talis mask off during the romance scene, and this is something ive said numerous times with regards to this scene, there was no "gah!" or "OMFGWTFBBQURFACE!!!" type of hesitation.  none whatsoever.  he just sat there and stared into her eyes (im assuming here).  after the bried eye contact, tali pounced on him like a tiger after a fat kid.  so, since there was no hesitation towards tali's outward appearance, im of the opinion that the quarians are, in fact, a race that is very easy on the eyes, if not outright attractive.

Fair enough. Personally, and from what I've read on this thread many others share my sentiments on this matter, the attraction to Tali has far, far more to do with her character (intelligent, sweet, shy, quirky, selfless, courageous, honest). As I once posted in response to someone stating that Tali's helmet creates a mystery about her: I came for for the look of mystery. I stayed for the personality.
