Geez, good luck with that Antilles.
This is one of the threads the devs won't respond to guys. They are on, and they are reading, and probably making a new sexier suit for Tali right now as we speak, hehe, and Liz Sroka is reciting her new lines. But hey, just have hope, we're all 90% sure she'll be in the game, because it wouldn't make sense if she isn't.

True that. It's really rare for a dev to directly respond to a thread. in well, the Dev's forums. The only Dev I've seen actually reply to their forum goers was S2, which is still quite frequent, it was weird. I've said this before, but they've pretty much already made their desicsions for the cast in ME3, at least, I would think.

Though no doubt it would ****** a lot of people if she just got a lame cameo.

When she asks you if you are still interested, why does the top choice say no? That doesn't make sense because Miranda's top choice says yes. It's like Bioware is actually trying for you not to like tali.

Because pursuing a romance with Tali gets her sick or ill. You know this, you know you will be hurting Tali in some way if you wish to romance her. That's why saying you don't want to do this because it can risk her health is on the top, saying you're still interested, while still concerned for her health, is still a little selfish.

At least that's how I saw it.

I thought that too, but you break her heart if you choose the top one. And I would never do that.

It would break my heart too, which is why I never choose that option :P

Hell, just the way she asks makes me awwww. *In a cute as hell shy voice* "Are you still ... interested?"

Of course! How can I saw no to that?!

Agreed, there's not much they can respond to, but the power of this thread doesn't seem to be in changing anything about Tali, just letting bioware know how much Tali means to us players.

You guys ever thought about how long her neck is? It's kind of blocked ou by the hood but if you look closely you realize she has a rather extended neck, any Quarian female does, and if you take off her suit I think it'll actually look damn creepy... I don't care though, it's Tali.

Well i am certain she WILL be in the game no doubt about that, we're just debating whether or not she'll be a team mate or not...

I'm not so much worried that she isn't in the game. I'm just worried her part will be small, which I will not stand for. And I support the idea of shepard and tali living on the quarian homeworld together for the end of ME3 romance.

Dude! Holy **** thats exactly what i was thinking!! All of it!

I took a picture of Tali and a human of similar scale and compared them. A Quarians neck does seem a bit longer, but not much longer.

I have to reiterate that I think any concerns people have over Tali in ME3 are ridiculous. Tali is Bioware's golden horse, apple, trinket, get out of jail free card at this point. They're not going to short change fans, it be borderline spiting them. I don't have any concerns on Tali not being in ME3, or her not having a big role or anything less than a squad mate.

if you're wondering what they look like then read this:

http://masseffect.wi...om/wiki/Quarian

the biology section has the most info on what they look like and its from one of the official Comics of ME which means its true... so we know what to expect we just don't know the colour of skin and face orientation...

yes i agree, they would be stupid to exclude her or give her a small part, but don't forget that Bioware is owned by EA and (not to smash EA) but sometimes they do things opposite to what fans want (just take a look and Command and Conquer 4, everyone i know that were solid fans of CNC don't like it now because of CNC4 and EA)

True...but that seems alittle weak of an arguement - surely its up to her to tell if she wants to risk it...? And all life is a risk, all love and loss, all growth, all new things, everything comes with risks, physical and/or emotional. Holding yourself back because of what might happen is... meh. It'd be like a Twilight novel or something, heh.

It doesn't say much about her neck. I saw a fanart on this forum of her without her suit and although I don't care about how ugly the face looked like since it's fanart, the neck was creepishly long, but it oddly made sense.

And we have to guess about hair; though given the novels didn't mention baldness, we can assume its likely they have hair on their heads too; Quarians have a similar evolutionary history to us, from what I remember - primates like us - so it'd make sense for them to have body hair in areas.

I can't seem to imagine a Quarian without his/her suit. Say, in regular clothes for example. Can you imagine a Quarian wearing a shirt and shorts?

yes i saw that pic too and it was... disturbing to say the least... looked like some zombie creature

the biology section does give info showing that Humans and Quarians are most likely similar... obviously the females have mammary glands but it also says they have human like features...

I saw it  as unselfish, because you would still be willing to be with her even if she couldn't have physical contact, she is the one who suggested it, as well as saying that she needs to feel your skin on hers. As I recall shepard says something about the suits that have pleasure sensors built in, but Tali says no, she finally has someone who sees her for her IMO.

Alright what else I miss, dang can't leave this thread or you get behind rofl.

she will be in ME3 if you did not kill her in your story, so why make topic for someone who is going to be in the game and people saying if you don't keep this thread alive see will die please i think Bioware have plans for every character in ME3 to live or die so a thread won't change there mind on what happens in the story for each character in ME3 and i do like Tali to and i am going to see her in ME3 but, man this is just a bit much
