All Tali fans, read this! IT'S UP TO US TO KEEP TALI ALIVE!

However, I think keeping her as a major character in ME3 seems unlikely (as much as I hope to be proved wrong) there's just too many variables depending on how people have played.
She can be either
Alive or dead
Exiled or reconciled with the migrant fleet
Romanced or single
I'm just not sure how Bioware are going to be able to sort this out. All the characters with lots of variables last time (Ash, Kaiden, Wrex, Liara) have been sidelined as this makes things easier.
That being said, I'm confident Tali will be in ME3, I'm just not convinced they can make her a squadmate. Although I'd be happy for her to be on the Normandy throughout the game if it means Shep can talk to her whenever he feels like.

if you're wondering what they look like then read this:
http://masseffect.wi...om/wiki/Quarian
the biology section has the most info on what they look like and its from one of the official Comics of ME which means its true... so we know what to expect we just don't know the colour of skin and face orientation...
And we have to guess about hair; though given the novels didn't mention baldness, we can assume its likely they have hair on their heads too; Quarians have a similar evolutionary history to us, from what I remember - primates like us - so it'd make sense for them to have body hair in areas.
well scientifically they would have hair because hair is dying cells, the only way they wouldn't have hair is if their helment rubbed against their scalp too much which would remove the hair folicles which would cause them to be bald or have blad patches. or perhaps they evelved to not have hair (although it's unlikely)
so most likely thay have hair. and for most ME alien species it would be nice to see at least one have hair... because no other species has hair.

she will be in ME3 if you did not kill her in your story, so why make topic for someone who is going to be in the game and people saying if you don't keep this thread alive see will die please i think Bioware have plans for every character in ME3 to live or die so a thread won't change there mind on what happens in the story for each character in ME3 and i do like Tali to and i am going to see her in ME3 but, man this is just a bit much
This is more a thread to make sure that she is a main part of ME3 rather than just there, like Ashley and Liara were in ME2

When she asks you if you are still interested, why does the top choice say no? That doesn't make sense because Miranda's top choice says yes. It's like Bioware is actually trying for you not to like tali.
Because pursuing a romance with Tali gets her sick or ill. You know this, you know you will be hurting Tali in some way if you wish to romance her. That's why saying you don't want to do this because it can risk her health is on the top, saying you're still interested, while still concerned for her health, is still a little selfish.
At least that's how I saw it.
True...but that seems alittle weak of an arguement - surely its up to her to tell if she wants to risk it...? And all life is a risk, all love and loss, all growth, all new things, everything comes with risks, physical and/or emotional. Holding yourself back because of what might happen is... meh. It'd be like a Twilight novel or something, heh.
I saw it as unselfish, because you would still be willing to be with her even if she couldn't have physical contact, she is the one who suggested it, as well as saying that she needs to feel your skin on hers. As I recall shepard says something about the suits that have pleasure sensors built in, but Tali says no, she finally has someone who sees her for her IMO.
Alright what else I miss, dang can't leave this thread or you get behind rofl.
I think Tali brought it up and said she didn't want it straight away - she wanted it to be real.
Also, you should listen to the Turian and Quarian talking in the illuin bar - its about dating and is brilliantly funny!

well:

-romanced or sinlge - well, that factor was in ME2 aswell, wasn't it

This feeling I'm having reminds me of my teener years where I was heavily in love with some girl from a movie, knowing I'd never meet her and being sad about that.

I would agree, however, this is a game and she asks you. The game is about you and your decisions, so yeah, for all intents and purposes it's your decision

I think it says something about how well bioware wrote her character. We all want to see her face, but we like her for who she is. Though i can't deny that a significant portion of this fan group would enjoy seeing her face very much, we all just want Tali around for her character, be it the Romance level, and the Squad level.Doug84 wrote...

well chances are everyone is going to have all the team mates alive at least on one save because Bioware made an achievment that you could only get if everyone survived. and since everyone nowadays wants every achievement then most likely everyone will have shepard and everyone else surviving.
True, but achievments mean less to PC players. I actually went through the whole ending again just to save Thane, I might replay the game to just save everyone, except Miranda, nor purposful of course, but I couldn't really care for her, at all.
I needs meh Legion though

Yeah I feel the same. Especially just after I beat ME2 for the first time, romancing her.
Except the problem is, I AM in my teener years and I am sort of in love with Tali I guess? I mean everytime I ask myself that I always deny it and only say it as a character. But yeah, exactly, I can technically be in love with a character because of how well she is made.
But there's no denying, she's amazing, and makes me wish she was real.

From an artist standpoint, it looks good. I just hate anime/manga style faces, I think you should do one with the mask

Btw, about that picture, I kinda hate the anime/manga style faces... again from an artist standpoint it is good, like someone above me said. He right hand looks odd though, like she's uber ****ty. Just give her the helmet, it's always sexier like that.
