The problem with that is they seem to emphasize the LI's from ME1 over the new ones, and make it seem like the new ones are just flings to distract you.  I hope that ALL the LI's get the same serious attention they deserve, and none get put on the side-lines. Tali is far more important to me than Liara or Ashley or Kaiden, and just because she was not a romance option in ME1 doesn't mean she shouldn't have the same conclusion. I never had a LI from the first game on my loaded save into ME2, so I never cheated. I waited for Tali <3

Im starting to think they might, it seems like as a result of the suicide mission is sidelining all the ME2 characters to simple cameo roles, in order to save money of development costs, cos spending $100k on a character thats dead to a lot of people is wastefull.

i hope not, but thats what i gathered from the interview.

Doubt it, they are making alot of money on ME2 and Dao.  Theyre ****ing rich now, theyll spend and me3 will be their "masterpeice"

I romanced Garrus on my femshep (first play). I'm doing insanity on a maleshep now, and.. There is no question I will be with Tali

I believe I have game-feedback turned on, especially if it's a default option. If I can contribute in-game to showing how much I Tali, I certainly will.

I think we've all got some sort of telepathic connection going on, cuz this is how i feel exactly. It almost seems like the more we discuss this the more like Tali has a shoe-in spot just waiting for her. I just feel like this thread is the push for a more important role. We must remember though, that we represent a very small portion of people who play this game. The only teammate in the entire game that cannot be killed (yet) is Liara. So if Ashley/Kaiden returns in ME3 with a "major role" and many people could've gotten them killed, that goes double for the characters in ME2, chiefly Tali.



I don't hate Liara, Kaiden, or Ashley, but nearly every single character in ME2 is infinitely more interesting, developed, and intimate. They seemed okay in ME1, but now, compared to the likes of Tali, Thane, Garrus, Jack, and others, they just seem so bland.



And I certainly don't think anybody views "cheating" on Ashley/Liara with Tali to be a "fling". When Shepard says "I don't want anyone else... I want you", he's either lying through his teeth or he's committing himself to her. I NEVER once said that I even wanted to be with Ashley... yet she became my "girlfriend" somehow in ME1.... and then chewed me out on Horizon. It wasn't hard to find a girl that actually cared...

Lol, isn't Game Feedback turned on by Default? I'm sure a lot of people don't even realize they are sending info.



But yea, while a small portion do post here, I'm sure a lot of the Devs feel the same. As a side, someone could always contact the Voice Actress' rep, see if she was at least called back in to do more voicing, even a "No Comment" would tell us she's definitely going in to record more (Even if it is DLC).

Well, I also say what I say cause they can't go around telling us "IF you cheat on your ME1 LI, there's consequnces" and not have the ME2 LI be in ME3.

What the consequnces could be, is that you have to choose between ME1 LI or ME2 LI and if you choose the ME1, the ME2 one leaves, but if you choose the ME2 LI, then the ME1 LI leaves (Tali alllllll the waaaaaaaaaaay. Sorry Ash, but you pissed me off on Horizon, Tali was happy to see me.)



As a funny side, yes Tali is an interesting name, would definitely consider it at the very least as a middle name for any future daughters haha.

You can't cheat on your LI from ME1 with Tali in any way shape or form.......you died. lol .

And in my opinion, any LI from ME1 dumped you, not the other way around. And don't even get me started on Liara. I've already gone down that road lol.
