Hey there, finished my second playthrought now and as a completionist i hate that i forgot to pick up one heavy pistol damage at the recruit tali mission and the second krogan vitality in mordins mission.

Is there any way to get to that locations again or find them somehow else?

Im not above cheating here, so any help is appreciated.
