So after my game crashed twice on the PS3, it seems to have broken my PS3.  It no longer reads any game disks, possibly due to affecting the lens. 
After freezing, I tried turning off the console by pressing the front button, then tried ejecting it.  It finally turned off after a while without ejecting.  Then it wouldn't read the disk for a while, until I tried putting it in multiple times.  After playing for less than 10 minutes, it froze again and I turned it off.  Now nothing works.  Reformatting the PS3, trying different game disks, restoring the PS3; none of it worked.  What am I supposed to do now with a buggy disk and broken PS3?

I emailed EA tech support, but they have yet to get back to me.

Let us know what they say mate because I think Im having the same problem. Did it keep locking up during dialogue?
