the game isn't that difficult if you actually think and play your party, i have completed the game on hard. while my brother who put his characters on auto-level up and would only play as his rogue is having a lot of trouble on normal. people think they can just slide through the game. i do agree that the difficulty change to normal and what not is kind of lame, but if you find them to easy play on hard or nightmare

Thats weird because I see an angry person responding to me. We seem to be at an impasse of the old internet standard of the classic "U mad?" "No u!" argument with the main topic not being discussed at all. I'm happy to continue this with you because it just means my topic will remain at the top thus someone from bioware will respond which is what I wanted all along.

This the second patch I've heard about.  Why are you Steam users getting patches and no one else is?  I see no mention of a patch on the official site.  What am I missing?

Honestly, if you don't play on those difficulty settings then it doesn't affect you, unless your enjoyment of a video game is intrinsicly linked to how other people are playing it?

And as for the whole "you should be working on other stuff" I'm almost entirely positive that BioWare have more than one programmer. Even if they didn't, ensuring the game is playable and enjoyable to as broad a spectrum of gamers as possible will probably do far more to foster a long term gaming community than getting the toolset out a few days earlier will.

I have learned to not trust unknown sources (don't accept candies from strangers).



A patch, no matter what content, would have been announced by now.. can you please point me to some announcement made by a Bioware representative?
