Well I don't outright think she's ugly. I think she's sexy looking. She looks somewhat like Yvonne but not really. I watch Yvonne's show 'Chuck' and they are not alike.  I personally like her voice acting, it sounds nice and crisp, and I love her accent.
I'll take her any day over Ashley spouting off anti intellectual BS.
But, I'm a woman lol. I play femsheps mostly. But if I have to listen to convo...

It doesn't. Both points of view are immature.

Maturity is present in the appreciation of both body and mind equally.

It's simply a matter of either you like someone's body and mind or you don't. People don't get involved with other people if they don't like one of these parts when they want to be in a real relationship, one that's supposed to be balanced and last.

I'm not saying that someone has to be beautiful, it's more that you have to be attracted to their body as well as their mind for the relationship to work, regardless of preconceived standards of beauty.

Her face is odd and square. Yvonne is attractive, Miranda is not. Miranda has an underbite. Really, her bottom teeth jut out further than her top teeth.

I also think Miranda looks awful. It is her jaw which is the problem I think. The similarity with the VA (who is very pretty) is marginal at best.

And regarding Miranda: I think it's the voice. It might very well be the voice, quite hypnotic. She's much more attractive to me than Talia ever was, heh.

Seems like people have a Seinfeld problem, like "she's perfect, but she got 3 teeth that look a bit weird." Or once Seinfeld had a girl that was "too perfect" so he dumped her

She's a bottle blonde, the in-game hair color is her natural hair color.

I liked Miranda the best. Her voice acting was great, the looks alright, but I liked her best because she didn't really like my character's way of doing things. Through the journey she learns to trust more and more in his methods, even though he goes the hardest way usually, but he still manages to get them through the mission. She offered some interesting times and nice conversations.



Guess I have to hope they'll bring Miranda over to ME3. I liked Liara also, but she changed in a way that I didn't like.

Miranda is a "one-off", I'm pretty sure. Kelly could have been made with the character generator that you use to make your toon...much like most of the human females in the game (and males for that matter). Miranda is like the default male Shep...they are specially made for the game.



She's not :ugly" but there is something I don't like about her....it's her walk. When you see her in the cutscenes in her quarters. She walks like a horse, lifting up her entire foot to move forward.

Yeah, this is really highlighted in the video where it showed some of the VAs and it showed her doing one of the lines and you look at her facial expression as she is saying the lines and then see Miranda, its fairly different. IRL her eyebrows move about as she is saying some of the words but in the game they don't. Kind of odd as they seemed to get Joker perfectly with his facial expressions

You know, for some reason that very good-looking woman in that picture really reminds me of a very good-looking crew member on the Normandy... call me crazy.

Regarding Miranda -- the visuals are to me believable that some guy would take his own DNA and generate someone based on those looks, intelligences, and (so far) a bit of ruthless efficiency. Of course, I find the actress the character is based on attractive in her role on Chuck. I agree that the facial actions in view of the dialogue could show a bit more animation.



Regarding Kelly, I guess I see her as idealistic and enthusiastic -- perhaps a bit of a "cheerleader" personality at this time in her life--who wants to please her famous boss. Once again, it seems to modeling of her face and character is a little better than Miranda -- expression wise. It's really difficult for me to evaluate the non-human characters, but I think a very good job was done with Jason and Joker.



So far, compared to Dragon Age Origins, the characters seem a little flat, but that may be because they "developed" in DAO as gameplay went along. Also, I haven't found "much witiness" in the dialog from the NPCs so far, but that could also be because I'm just on my 3d mission.

I don't find her attractive.For the simple reason i don't like her personalities.
Plus when the Camera zoom on her ass i just sighted every damn time.i don't know .. When a chick usually know she's  beautiful and do everything to *Show it off* it's just displeasant and i normaly run away from that.

Anyways, it really is a love/hate kind of thing, as someone said. Personally, I think she looks really good. I was showing a friend the FFTL videos and when we got to her's he said "that looks like the chick from Chuck", so they must have done something right. I don't think nearly as many people would argue about this if it weren't for the fact that the character has been engineered to be hot. Do you think people would not be complaining if Miranda had Ashley's face (supposing Ashley had a different face)?

Sometimes she looks ok, but in dark lighting or certain scenes you want to put a bag over her head.
