Good job Bioware on making such a diverse list of romance options this time, I don't know what are the options for females (I'm guessing Jacob, Samara, Garrus, and Thane?) but it makes it feel more like a choice then lonely bookworm or racist soldier of fortune in the last game.

Overall good job with all of the cast too, there are still archetypes of course but everyone has shattered my expectations of their character. I loved everyone on my last crew (well except for the humans, they didn't interest me :P) but this time around I actually like everyone in my crew.

Having a gentleman assassin? awesome

But back to Samara, I hope she is a romance option? This time around I'm going w/ Tali since that was what I wanted in the last game, but Samara and Miranda interest me.

Only character I think shouldn't be a romance option is Jack, since she is so disturbed and kinda really just the little girl she use to be. Taking advantage of those who are so messed up and were abused sexually is pretty sick.

it's only taking advantage of someone if you dont care about them, if you used her messed up childhood as an advantage just to f#@( her. Now if you actually liked her, cared about her feelings, and wanted to help her, then your not really taking advantage of her.

I personally thought she was a little nuts myself. I mean, anyone who would kill an honorable person doing their job just because they got in the way when you could just disable them or escape somehow without being completely lethal seems a bit messed up. It's like she would romance you and in the middle of telling you how much she loved you would discover you did something bad in your past and then suddenly blow a hole through your head with her pistol.

I'll stick with Tali, thanks.

You should have the paragon relationship with Jack. It is really well done and emotional.
And well, in the paragon version it is not taking advantage of her and her past. It is more
helping her to leave it all behind if anything. And you can see it in her face.

Samara was the one I had planned to romance all along with my male Shepard. When I found out I couldn't, I decided on Tali because I just didn't like any of the other choices. Jack is like nails down a chalkboard for me- grating in every way. Miranda... eye roll. Kelly is ok, but I hear she isn't a completed romance, sort of hanging there in a Neeshka like way. Samara has lovely eyes and a quiet dignity to her. It's a shame. But I can understand that not everyone is at a place in his or her life where romance is really an option for them emotionally.

Spoiler here...HAHA...

My female Shepard conitiued to play after the last fight was over, and I somehow got Kelly in my quarters, she even danced for me and we cuttled and all that, kinda funny with here too, because she doesn't really fit the naughty role to well (looks-wise).

You can to a point, but it's EXTREMELY truncated. She's basically past that stage of her life, and regretfully tells you so.

I was disappointed by it, I'm a big Asari fan and couldn't care less about Tali, Samara isn't only one of the characters I liked the most on her own merit but also the most attractive member of the cast IMO

so, while I can understand and respect the reasons she doesn't want to romance Shepard I though it was a great chance missed, ME3 maybe?

omg why would they not have her as a romance option

She's like the hottest alien they ever had. Tali's great but when I saw Samara and she started talking about killing and justice, I forgot who Tali was.

They even teased us with a dialogue about romance. :/

Well considering all her daughters turn out to be killers I can understand why she would be hesitant.
