Once was Tali's loyalty mission, where the total is 45,000 credits (15k funding plus 30k found). The mission complete summary screen said I had earned the full 45k, but afterwards my total credits as per the pause menu were just over 43k...
The second example was Firewalker: Rosalie Lost, the first Firewalker mission. Total reward should be 15,000 (7,500 funding & 7,500 found). Before the mission I had just over 1,000 credits and afterwards I had just over 8,500.
In both cases I suspect the "Funding" amount was not awarded, so I only gained the money picked up during the level.
Has this been experienced by anyone else?

[GLITCH] While recruiting JACK, if you kill WARDEN KURIL with the BLACKSTORM PROJECTOR. As the cut scene of Jack starts, there will only be the Batarian guard, the Turian guard will NOT be present. JACK will use her biotics on the Batarian, but when she attacks the Turian, she will be attacking nothing. The effects will still remain, but no psychical body is present.
I have tested this twice, on both occasions using the BLACKSTORM to kill WARDEN KURIL. And both times getting the glitch. [GLITCH]
I have killed WARDEN KURIL with normal non-heavy weaponry and had no glitch.
Glad to report this glitch, anything I can do to help Bioware.

Unit-Alpha, I recently encountered the second graphical glitch to the extent that it became annoying. After extensive testing, I confirmed that the "gradient box glitch" only happened whenever I used Miranda's warp power to deliver the killing blow to the reaper. I wonder if you're having the same issue.
The box looks like an enlarged alpha mask of the weapon+ammo HUD element that normally appears in the bottom left corner of the screen. At any rate, I stopped using warp to finish off the reaper and have yet to see this glitch return. It's kind of a crappy solution, but not too big of a deal I guess.
There are a lot of distracting graphical glitches like this in ME 2. It sucks because all these little warts detract from the overall presentation quality of the game. From what I've seen so far, the following glitches occur in the XBOX 360 and PC versions of ME 2 in the exact same places.
1. When FemShep is introduced during the intro, her hair clips through the back of her helmet and remains visible throughout the conversation with Ash / Kaiden
2. Mordin's eyes clip through his eyelids whenever he blinks
3. Miranda's neck frequently clips through her collar (whenever she moves her head in any direction)
4. The back of Shepard's neck clips through the seal connecting the helmet to her hard suit (whenever she turns her head in any direction)
5. The scene where Udina walks into Anderson's office aboard the Citadel is loaded with geometry clipping + popping issues (it's impossible to miss)
6. Shepard's eyes abruptly twitch in some random, unnatural direction when starting or finishing certain lines of dialogue

Another forum user responded on another thread and helped me fix the problem. So if you have this problem follow his suggestion below and it will fix the problem....

Of course I lost the career but I have a ton of different saves so it was no big deal for me. I'm not sure if that is what is happening to you or not. My save was working fine up until the black-out too.
This really needs to be patched though; because having the game be unable to load a single corrupted save or even a corrupted career shouldn't cause the game to freeze like this since it renders you unable to load any of your careers, start a new career, or play the game at all until you delete the corrupted career.
On top of that its really annoying that I have to lose an entire career when I might be able to salvage the career
by loading an earlier uncorrupted save if I could just get to the main menu.

Actually Bob, I've looked into this and there seems to be a reason for it. You can quit a Mass Effect 1 game before actually choosing who is chosen for the council seat, by powering down the console, exiting to the main menu what have you. However, the exportable mission complete save file is still created. I''m pretty sure bioware made any answer acceptable on purpose, as a workaround for the possibility of having no council member chosen at all.
As for myself I'm here wondering if bioware has made any statement reguarding Ish or the Javelein Missle base. Or failing such specifics any plans for further patches. The situation with Ish seems like it could have pretty major ramifications for Omega, considering the number of enemies Aria has and the fact a news report on the station hints that with your help the people who should be in charge could be. Further compounding my dread is the fact Ish himself tells you this could change the face of omega. I suspect it will not be a change for the better but whatever the case in a game about consequences I'd rather not have a defacto solution picked for me by a programming glitch.
I'm worried seeing as they never patched a similar glitch from Mass Effect 1, the biotic hostage scenario in the Sirta Foundation base. You know the one, the drugged researchers being held hostage by biotic extremists would wander around in the line of fire and you'd have to avoid killing them. Saving everyone was hard and for all the trouble it didn't matter. The quest log would always conclude that everyone had died, even though the quest giver, Admiral Hacket would congratulate you on a job well done. The news reports on the citadel would obey the log and report a massacre and this bug carried over into mass effect 2, with Sirta foundation set to close it's doors as a result of the carnage.

VERY annoying bug:
Freezing frequently & randomly, though most often during loading.
I just destroyed the Big Bad... TWICE. . . Only to freeze both times during the load screen that follows the lengthy cutscenes. Grrrr...
*Note regarding the "file folder" cinematic glitch posted above: I got it the first time around, but not the second.
I have the option selected that uploads gameplay data to Bioware. Hopefully they can & will make use of that, & fix things.
[XBOX 360 version with all current DLC except alternate appearance pack]

I noticed this same glitch and can confirm that when I saw it, the action that finished off the Reaper was Miranda's warp power.
Another one: Zaeed died in the suicide mission, but his loyalty mission is still in my journal as uncompleted. Loyalty missions for the other characters who died were checked off and removed from the journal.

i am 28,never has my xbox live profile been a child account.
I found a work around of moderate value.
- i purchased the Equalizer Pack Via xbox live.
- went into ME2
- got the error (underage)
- loaded my game
-The ingame emails to receive the content is there.
The problem here is, i paid extra for the collectors edition (120 au),and to use the work around for any of the other content i would have to repurchase.

After the false info on the Collector ship of the turians. "Fun" glitches of a zoomed in body of Sheppard and when Jacob visits if you skip through the dialog instead of Sheppard talking to Jacob I see the blue radish sun and a empty chair the Illusive Man sat.
I have seen Sheppard's fan get the gun in the face wrong as well.

With a female Adept during her last romance scene with Thane (the kiss) she speaks with a male voice. After that she speaks with her voice. It ruins the mood.
