I have noticed that this DLC is failed to identify whether Sheps LI is alive or not. One of my Sheps did romance Jacob and he died in Collectors Base. But Liara is taking about him with the female Shep as he is still alive...

If you get the Probe upgrade first, it shows on the model that you got the fuel upgrade.
I've tried both combinations before and after getting the other ship upgrades, and this glitch is still present. It's obviously not game-changing or anything, but it is kind of amusing.

I first noticed this when using the Kestrel helmet -- thought it was a targeting aid I didn't know how to use. Hearing it while not wearing a helmet as well.
Guessing it is an coding error / glitch that is pulls an incorrect audio file when Shepard gets wounded. -- instead of a Shepard grunt or groan.

At he Eternity Club at Ilium, if you involve yourself with the slave broker and the Quarian, "Slave Broker" is spelled "Slake Broker" in the advisory box that pops up.

Status: Glitched. Has anyone managed to get him to talk as if the paragon dialogue was used in the first game? Feedback would be appreciated.
Curiosity about a possible bug: Consort news and Siirta news
Some players are wondering if there was supposed to be dialogue referring to the consort NOT leaving the citadel due to rumours of information leaks, if the player stopped rumours from being spread in ME1. Perhaps PC owners could look into this by checking the audio files for the news announcements.
Likewise it menions another mission in ME1, one which ITSELF had a glitch which may cause this result, and which DIRECTLY relates to Journal bugs such as the Javelin one. Specifically, no matter what ending the player got to the Siirta biotic attack mission in the first game, the first game's news reports always referred to it as a massacre. Likewise ME2 has news reports which always treat this as having occured regardless of what actions the player took. This implies that any similar bugs which result in the game recording the wrong outcome in ME2 will carry over to ME3....
Is this ever going to be fixed, both in ME1 and ME2?
It ticks me off that they talked so highly of the continuity between ME1 and ME2, but don't really seem to care about these problems. It really hurts the immersion and without it being fixed, these problems will probably carry over to ME3 too.

I've heard that the PS3 version of Mass Effect 2 won't have any bugs at all compared to the 360 version which I already own. While I can't deny that Mass effect 2 is a great game, my main problems with the 360 version are bits of dialogue cutting out of the game and a graphical and gameplay glitch.
Here are my problems:
1. During the beginning of the game when escaping the cerberus facility, there are Miranda video logs scattered around the level and on some of the logs parts of the dialogue cut out.
2. On the prison ship Purgatory when recruiting Jack, there is a part where I come across a shotgun upgrade. When I pick up the upgrade, Shepard states how the prisoners were using modified rounds and how the Blue Suns guards didn't stand a chance. Now on my other playthroughs of the game, Shepard does not say anything at all even though the subtitles clearly show he is saying something.
3. During the Samara loyalty mission in the middle of the part when Samara and Morinth are fighting, the sound cuts off.
4. During Archangel/Garrus's recruitment mission after talking to batarian Blue Suns leader Tarak with Zaeed & Grunt and then switching to Jentha, it shows Tarak quietly continuing his assault plan for 2 seconds and in that small segment there is a large hole on the center of his face.
5. While aiming a pistol and moving it up and down the screen, the pistol jitters slightly up & down multiple times.
I'm not saying that Mass Effect 2 is bad, by all means it's a great game and I love it. But with all of these sound, graphical and gameplay glitches getting in the way, it ruins the experience and my sense of immersion in the game is lost.
PLEASE, PLEASE Bioware, in the name of Darth Revan and all that is holy, PLEASE release a patch or update for ME2 on XBOX Live or something that can fix all of these problems already.

I notice this, while I was dodging and behind a couch or a wall.. While I moved a little from the joystick too the left, then stopped, shepard kept moving.. Even in the menu you move the joystick left, then go back to game you see shepard turn left fast and movie a little bit.
I tried my other controllers, even my new one. Was the same.
I deleted all the addons then cleared the cached, once I redownload them.. Was the same effect, I was using my dummy gamer tag, and still was the same effect..
I hope they can be adressed, because I have played old school games before just like shooters.. That they don't even have heavy bugs and glitchs.

I heard this was fixed on PC, but not on 360. If it IS infact patched on 360, the patch doesn't work. (at least not for me) My Tungsten Rounds are constantly overridden by Zaeed and Jacobs "squad" ammo powers.

However, I actually got them to work this time! I had the game installed to my hard drive (Xbox 360), and I had completed everyone else's loyalty mission (except Tali) and had saved Samara for last. I also completed the Collector Ship before this.
I don't know if it was just random chance, or if my sequence of events was in the right order, but it worked.
Also have ALL of the DLC, if that matters (maybe a secret patch with LotSB?)
Another glitch that I've noticed occasionally is that after I downloaded the Firepower pack, I equipped most of my squad with the Phalanx pistol. But on the majority of cutscenes whenever me or my squad draws our pistols, we are holding the wrong gun. It shows us holding the M-3 Predator (the starting pistol) instead, and I use the Hand-Cannon. I've only noticed this after downloading this pack.
Also if you give Zaeed the Geth Pulse Rifle and do his loyalty mission, he uses the M-8 Avenger to break the valve that sets the factory on fire. But then uses the Pulse Rifle to shoot at Vido afterwards. Don't know why.
