If Bioware releases a new update, I wish they could adjust the teammates' programming so that when the teammates get blown out of their cover from, say, a missile explosion or the Scion shockwaves, they seek and get behind the nearest available cover. They do duck, but it doesn't count as cover, due to them still taking damage. As a Vanguard, it was very difficult trying to reset the teammates if Shepard is all the way up front trying to take full advantage of the use of shotgun; especially during more difficult battles. It would help out if the teammates were backing the player up more effectively. Little things like that really kill the tactical aspect of the gameplay for me.

Something you might want to add to your list, since everyone suffers from it, though I doubt most have noticed.

I have Xbox360 version of the game.

As you progress in the game, you find/buy/develop upgrades to the defenses for both yourself, and your squad/team. If you continue playing the game, no bonuses other than character specific weapons will be present in the game.

The only way to apply these bonuses to your squad is to save after landing/beginning a mission, and then reload that save.

The best example of this is Legion. If you land on a planet from the Normandy, with full upgrades, Legion has beginning shields and beginning HP (go to squad to check). If you save then reload the mission, Legion will have full upgrades. This makes a ridiculous difference in Legion, Garrus, Grunt, Zaheed, and Mordin because of Geth shield technology, and Grunts armor and HP bonuses. 

This applies to Mordin's Omnitool, and Jack's implants, all defense systems for all squad/team members, and all damage modifiers i.e. "Pulsar Thingamajig" for shotguns.

This does not apply to any character specific weapons i.e. Legion's Widow rifle, or Grunt's Claymore Shotgun.

Not Sure if this has been Reported before, if so my apologies this is my 1st post 

I managed in a renegade playthrough (XBox) to get all females cept Jack killed (Miranda Died while holding the line) I also destroyed the Collector Base (Cut scene with Illusive Man shows only Blue Behind Him)

I had never finished Jacobs Loyalty mission and decided to go ahead and finish it just to clear out all the remaining stuff left. After Mission Complete the Cut scene with illusive man now reverted Back to Orange and Blue and Miranda Pops back in to take credit for informing Jacob on the Gernsbacks Location???

This was my 7th full playthrough so i have seen this all before, but i must admit this thru me alot.

Was this just a Mistake on the Developers part?

Either way tho, if its a glitch or just an honest mistake, would love to see a fix for this that actually makes sense.
Kinda funny tho seeing a Dead chick just POP in and take the Rap for it, then crawl back in her Coffin Image IPB

Two big bugs that I have experienced, both of them choices on loyalty missions:

1. On Samara's loyalty mission, when it comes to a point where you have to choose between Samara and Morinth, it always chooses Samara even with a renegade Shep.

2. At the end of Jack's loyalty mission, I can't choose to stick around and look at her cell, it just goes straight to the cut scene.



Both bugs I noticed after I DLed LotSB.

After completing LoTSB DLC The Justicars mission is impossible to initiate if you havnt already done her dossier. Liara's computer just wont open the Justicars file.

N7: Captured Mining Facility

If you choose to leave the mining facility while standing on the deploy-able bridge you will die during the Kodiak departure cutscene.

I don't know if this is in the right place but, whenever I hit resume (when I die) it sends me back to my last save instead of the most recent autosave. This isn't too big of an issue but it can be frustrating since the loading screens take a long time.

Playing ME2 with a 360 and all the available DLC. I've noticed that on certain missions (not all missions) the game disables both the Off-Hand Ammo Pack (10% weapon ammo) and the Ordinance Packs (10% Heavy Weapon ammo). It doesn't happen on every mission, but it does on loyalty missions, and the suicide mission (which really sucked, because I'd finally got all the HW upgrades and was looking forward to showing that Human-Reaper a Cain at 200%). I've read earlier in the thread where it was believed to be related to picking up or changing weapons at a weapons locker, but it happened to me on Legion's loyalty mission, and I don't believe that there are weapons lockers on that mission.

Update: Downloaded Arrival yesterday. In the early part of the mission, Off-Hand and Ordinance packs weren't working. After re-equipping armor and weapons, both worked fine (Collector Particle Beam at 1000!).

Controller sensitivity too high
Some players are experiencing problems with the controller sensitivity and drift.
Status: Requesting input from Bioware. Apparently fixable by using wired controllers according to some players. <--- This is from pressed left on any controller while you take your thumb off the joystick shapard keeps moving left?

Another work around I found out is, I have a white prem controller before the elite or the slim controllers were made.. The white prem controller has no effect of that glitch meaning I can play the game with out worry from going left on the controller.

Their is another one, from the option screen if you change the controller layout to southpaw not default, you don't get the issue even if you use any controller.

What I just don't fully grasp, why wasn't there a update?

Ok, for The Arrival dlc, I was playing male Shep infiltraitor. Once the lady you rescue shows you the Reaper Artifact, I managed to survive the whole ambush up until destroying the YMIR mech and all of the troops with it, and had heard the Reaper voice during the fight a few times, and there's a meter on the right that's building up, says power or something. When everything was dead, that meter froze, at about 85- 90% full, there was no more Reaper voice, no cutscene, no doors open etc. I could continue running around picking up ammo, firing my weapon at the artifact, whatever, but whatever was supposed to happen didn't. I reloaded the ambush, was beaten this time, and continued on with the two day sedation scenario, which resulted in no batarian survivors despite my evacuation warning. I'm worried that it forcing my reload and getting killed the second time to get around the bug may change my game or the outcome of my story in ME3. Is this the case?

DLC is still not functional as a F lvl 30 sentinel on my console. Its all up to date, but I can't take cover (almost ever. I think I've been able to do so once), there are creeps who are immune to any ability I have (the beginning dogs are immune to everything but bullets - the game isnt able to direct abilities at them) and generally I can't play the content because I can't take cover and health regen rarely, if ever, happens.

Just a copy & paste from my own thread...
After downloading 'Arrival', I was able to play on the DLC launch day, have since tried to play the game on several occasions within the past two days, and I am receiving notifications on my screen when trying to resume or start a new campaign, that the 'Lair of the shadow broker, Overlord and Arrival' are corrupt or missing.

I have cleared the system cache on numerous attempts and re - downloaded all of my DLC that is available, yet again, apart from the equaliser pack. Again cleared the system cache, restarted the console and tried again. It wont connect to the Cerberus network and the game is unplayable.

Is anyone else having the same problem?

Yes, I am having that message only when I don't have the ethernet plug hooked up and am signed into Xbox Live. I noticed on the original post that Bioware is aware of it. Can you play it if you hook up to the Cerberus network once you sign into Live? That seems to be the only way I can play my DLC.

Anyone have a solution to the Shadow Broker on Hardcore/insanity Glitch? I can't get the achievement for completing it on insanity mode and i can't get 100% achievements for this game.

Is It Just My Game Or Are The Collector Ship Weapon Pick Up's/Upgrades Not Working On More Then One Playthough? 

I Got The Assualt Rifle Training For My Vanguard on His 1st Playthough But The Weapon Pickup Didn't Show Up On My Second Or Third & I Want To Get The Revant Machine and The Claymore Shotgun For Him.

I've finished lair of the shadow broker but didn't get the intel on Samara and now when i go to liara's terminal and select the intel it cuts out and i can't continue with recruiting her.

This is an audio glitch but sometimes when I go onto the galaxy map the music is out of place and I have to connect to live to fix it, and also some dialogue is not heard at all at in certain missions

 I've had a few bugs, nothing too big usually. Haven't noticed anything power/ability or squad point wise... but then that and/or wrong guns showing in cutscenes I've not really noticed since they didn't really matter much to me at least.

- Lair of the Shadow Broker, during Skyway chase, one playthrough my game registered it as a fail-success, so the success cutscene played although Liara mentioned losing "her" (Vasir)... so after cutscene air car was still "searching for target" and "sank" below the invisible border resulting in a "critical mission failure". just reloaded the autosave

- "Resume" almost always loading the wrong savegame
- after Suicide Mission some squad members repeat themselves...
- one playthrough got stuck in Collector Ship in area where there is Scion around the corner to left, go up ramp to right there is a kinda Y-shaped 'pillar' near ramp my Shepard got bumped up on a small invisible platform/edge couldn't get down, lucky I had a save just a minute/sec ago...
- Scion Shockwaves sometimes ignoring cover Shepard is using (definitely is the Scion)
-*Squad member getting stuck in platform(s), mostly during Collector Ship mission (then was usually when I had Garrus with me, he once literally got stuck in the edge of platform. bit glitchy at end battle as well) ((was before I had got Kasumi/Zaeed/Project Overlord DLCs))
- minor/funny, have had 'dancing' mech parts, like LOKI Mechs explode when killed have had one's 'arm' go off to side/out of zone yet stuck bouncing between obstacles/wall. I've once had my Shepard ontop a squad member for a second (and vice versa).

^^^ most of these I've encountered with a ME2 new game char, apparently my ME1 Imported chars havent really encountered any bugs aside from just recently:
Dialog Audio cutout during the Get Reaper IFF by those "Dragon Teeth", save & reload fixed.
Had a semi-dialog Audio cutout aboard the Normandy when speaking to EDI from those little panels around, was EDI's dialog audio that didn't play althrough subtitles showed. Shepard's dialog audio played fine. Save reload fixed it.

I've also got that Conrad's Renegade response despite having a Paragon (although my Paragons tend to have at least somewhere near one of those 'boxes' full or at least a half box, on the Renegade bar on Squad Screen, wonder if that may have something to do with it)
Ish packages, journal bug. (got both packages to test in this current play)

I've only had Jack loyalty mission skip once so far at the stay/leave, picked stay...
I've not had the Mordin loyalty mission stay-bug but have noticed I usually had to hold down "B" a little longer than usual for that specific point for it to "end" mission.

also have that news report wrong for that sirta foundation/biotics

other: my camera once got stuck in conversation mode camera with Mordin, a simple save-load fixed that.
ME1 Imported: Normandy my camera momentarily "caught" on the wall/ceiling after leaving main battery 'walkway', simply walking back unhooked it...
(my current playthrough) Now, I know during the "Recruit Archangle/Garrus" he'll shoot Shepard if stand around in path just after that Freelancer but before Gunship, that's fine but according to game (& when talk to him about that) it's only supposed to take off Shep's Shields... well apparently my Vanguard (could be due to class? not sure...) took (a bit) more damage than just that; I was staring at health/shield/barrier bar when that happened. ((note since ME2 been completed before I picked Barrier for bonus power, if that matters))

my current playthrough when doing Zaeed's loyalty mission I noticed the Paragon option only appeared greyed out, pointed analog stick & it highlighted so could use it... (have noticed once before one a similar conversation that even though option didnt appear to highlight it let me use it...)

rest of the game for me runs fine so far, I've had my Xbox crash-freeze during loading screens but that's likely due to my playing it for hours on end (often 5-10 or more)...
I tend to manually save/load whenever playing game for a workaround to "Resume" bug.

my ME1 is Platinum Hits so have that "Bring Down the Sky" DLC, though my ME2 is normal edition.
my first ME2 playthrough I encountered that Jack/Miranda catfight glitch, just ran with it then wasn't much I could do. Have since found an order (to do missions in) that works to keep everyone loyal (not having to choose sides)


EDIT: Sometimes EDI dialog audio will overlap thus she ends up saying two things at the exact same time...
and sometimes when I'm playing when a Squad member says something sometimes it switches to a male voice... example be Miranda start talking in her normal voice then changes to a voice which sounds similar to "Harbinger" which finishes their lines...(I've had similar happen to Grunt & Garrus but theirs sound different enough - my Shepard also got this as well at times. I play female Shepard. have had it happened to infected VI during that assignment so no combat or anything)

(noticed Omega announcement for Shepard referring to male Shepard even when playing female)
(Recruit the Assassin (Thane), I've noticed when talking to Seryna about Nassana Shep mentions being tricked even if you weren't in ME1 (sure got her message but found her sister before confronting))

The only (kind of game ending) bug I've run into is Normandy's elevator no longer allowing me to travel down to the engineering deck. I get a disc error that boots me out of the game every time, despite first cleaning the disc, which has no visible scratches or anything obviously wrong with it. So I can't talk my to team members who reside on this deck, make all the necessary ship upgrades, etc.

I did two playthroughs prior to this with no problems whatsoever, but I can't get to engineering on any new game or even on my old saved games now. Until recently, I had ME2 installed on my 360 drive (from the first day I got the game), which only makes it more odd that I would be getting any disc errors. I have no problems with any other game I own, or my 360 in general. Only thing different from my initial playthroughs is DLC, which I've downloaded since then. Tried deleting all DLC and my cache, but it made no difference whatsoever.

I pretty much can't play the full game now. I'm hoping ME2 becomes available on demand - I might purchase just to try having it on my drive with no screwy discs or anything to get in the way, and see if that solves my problem. Otherwise...?

That isn't a game bug which is what this thread is intended for (though it could be one associated with the site in which case there's a separate board for site issues).

Have you inputted all the numbers of the UPC? Many people miss one and find it doesn't register.
