This thread delivers! Can we request STICKY status for great justice!
I agree, it would help with a lot of the duplicate threads on the same issues.

When encountering a Green Shiala, Shepard remarks that Shiala used to be "Blue". Shiala wasn't blue in ME1, she was a rather hot "Sapphire" or pink/purple color.
Oh, and this doesn't affect gameplay, but the instruction manual that comes with the collector's edition mentions that you can put Squad points into Persuade and Intimidate...

Haha, forgot about that one. I noticed it too. It's funny because I thought they had flubbed making her green, but then I was relieved to see that dialog choice, only to be confused again by the blue comment
I still do wonder if someone made her green on accident, and rather than fix it, they decided to just run with it instead

A dev response on this issue would be great, but either way it's a bit annoying when you lack the paragon/renegade points to make the same decisions you made on the first playthrough. It would be nice if this bug was fixed, since it doesn't make sense gameplay wise for a bonus not to apply in the 2nd playthrough.

Wasn't one of the Asari on the Destiny Ascension near the end of ME1 green too? I'm sure I saw a couple of Green Asari in ME1...
I don't know about that, but the character in question definately wasn't green in the first game - only when the Thorian made clones of her, the clones were green. She was actually sort of a magenta color.

Looks like a green helmsman. Possibly a lighting issue, but the predominant lighting there is red, and the Asari next to her moves her face in close at one point and still looks blue.
Shiala's definitely a violet colour, with the red tint on her skin noticeable on everything else (Walls, etc.), so clearly a result of environmental lighting.

Huh? I'm not arguing that the helmsman wasn't green, just that Shiala definately wasn't blue. She shows up in Zhu's Hope after the battle, and she's definately violet/magenta colored. No lighting tricks.

-Go to the Presidium (the one room in there you can visit). From the door, head to the north-east corner of the room (the corner of the balcony), then walk back along the eastern edge until you hit the wall (the part that juts out just a bit to define where the balcony is). Look out towards the background, and there is one fountain that you can see coming out of the water (the rest are obscured by trees - and if you didn't walk back towards the wall, this one would have been as well). Right by the fountain's bottom, there's a checkered gray cube, a sure sign of a missing model
In the same room, on the opposite side of the balcony there is an Asari standing there. For some reason, she has *human* hands though (they are definately peach-colored). Kind of amusing

More an annoyance than a bug, but the messages you receive at your personal terminal scroll too fast, making them difficult to read. Barely touch the stick and you've scrolled to the end of the message.
Yes! Definitely frustrating. I'd say it's a bug, because the scrollwheel works perfectly fine in everything but the private terminal messages.

Same thing happened to me. The sound cut out during their fight and then it cut back in once I picked who should die.
Also, had the same issue with choosing Paragon answer to Ish's quest on Omega, it doesn't complete fully. It shows the outcome in the Journal, but also still states you need to deliver the packages.

also on one of the scannable missions i believe it was the one with the infected mech factory edi's voice was male.
any time you talk to joker in the normandy he is sitting down his arms appear as if there resting on the armrests of the seat however they are raised above them
while this might be covered under controller sensitivity while reading your messages in your personal terminal the scroll speed is way too fast you litarally have to just tap the stick for a second and even then you might skip past a whole paragraph of content.
while not really a bug it would be nice to have scroll options on the news terminal that pops open at the start screen if i read the first article as it scrolls slowly down then move over to the second article it scrolls slowly up which means i have to wait for it to reach the top before i can start reading and then again for the third article.
however since these were relating to the zaeed and normandy crash dlc this was only annoying the first time
