Another bug I've noticed with Tali is that her mask frequently floats in and out of being opaque. Half the time I see her eyes and nose behind her mask, and half the time the mask is totally opaque and nothing shows. This sometimes happens in the same cutscene; I've reloaded games where her mask was opaque, and her eyes show after the reload in the same scene, so it doesn't seem to be an intentional thing.

When you choose not to end a mission and wander around talking to NPCs, as you can do at the end of the Tali loyalty mission, you periodically get the "Press B to end mission" popup. This popup is situated low enough to obscure both the dialogue selector and subtitles if you have them enabled, which seems to me a fairly serious UI bug, albeit one that only shows up in certain situations.

Plus, pressing B when the popup is up during a dialogue doesn't do anything anyway. :blush:

I've got a game freeze that's happening during a load screen in the intro sequence when I'm starting a new game with my ME2 character. It's happened twice now, and it occurred in the load screen during the resurrection sequence, with shepard's skull on the right side of the screen. It's pretty annoying b/c no save file is created yet, and so I'm forced to try again and sit through the long intro scenes. Will try again later to see...

EDIT: Third try was a charm. Finally worked.

Haven't read the entire thread, but I trust that the OP has kept it up to date...



Issues I have had are:



During Samara's loyalty mission, at the scene where she attacks Morinth, ALL of the audio goes silent for that entire cutscene, and cuts back in about 1 second after you make the choice on who to kill. I've played through twice on 2 different Shepards, and it has happened in exactly the same spot both times.



On my first playthrough, when you go to Freedom's Progress and the rocket drones attack, one of the rocket drones blew up and died, but it's target marker was still flying around and my allies were continually shooting at it. I could not go farther in the level because "everything had to be dead" before the door opened. I fixed it by reloading the game, however.



The final cutscene where the Normandy goes through the Omega 4 Relay was very choppy - it would pause every 10 seconds or so and go black to load for 1 more second. I have installed the game on my HDD to see if that helps. Ill edit this post later once I know.

During the Archangel mission when you're on the waves of enemies coming in through the door, if you stay up on the balcony and shoot them as they come in instead of charging downstairs, when it goes to the YMIR mech scene, the mech will spawn but the mercs that are supposed to come with it don't. Going downstairs and blowing up the mech does nothing and the sequence does not advance (this is with the mech sabotaged, where it would normally turn around and fight the mercs). Reloading and going downstairs at the beginning makes the sequence play out as it should.



RE: choppiness in Omega 4 cut scene, I had the same problem but it plays fine if you install it to HDD.

At the end of Mordin's loyalty mission there's a terminal you can hack if you choose to wonder around. After hacking the terminal B no longer ended the mission, it would only melee. I had to reload a save and do it again.



On my new game+ run I did the same thing but B worked.

I keep having the problem that when Miranda and jack have their little fight I cannot seem to be able to pick the paragon option and keeping both of their loyalties even though my paragon bar is maxed out. However it worked on my first playthroughs but now it's just not . . . I mean come on what's with that. Any help would be much appriciated thanks :)

I have all available downloaded armor for the xbox - Terminus Armor, Collector Armor, Inferno Armor, Blood Dragon Armor, and Cerberus Armor. I found a glitch in the game and tested it by deleting and re-installing armors.

If you download more than four armors, only the first four will be shown in the armor select screen and will be choosable. Any downloaded weapons are unaffected, and it does not matter which armor is downloaded last. An update to fix this glitch would be most appreciated.

Iv came across a problem I chose jack instead of miranda in the choice when they were arguing and now i cant ever make miranda loyal it doesnt let me paragon her and i have max paragon how is that possible ?

I am having a bug during Archangel's recruit mission where the game doesn't freeze, but I can't continue the game at all. I can move around, but nothing is happening to advance the story forward.

This appears to be the same problem that I am having.  I didn't realize I was supposed to run downstairs.  I will try that on the next playthrough... still seems like a bug, though...

I too, have encountered the Conrad bug, which is actually what brought me here in the first place. The dead zone problem has also been plaguing me, causing me to move forward, sometimes at the most inopportune times, such as during combat.

That is the point of the fight. Unless you have high Paragon/Renegade points, it was intended for you to lose either Jack or Miranda's loyalty - all depending on which one you side with. If you sided with Jack, then you lose Miranda's loyalty. If you had chosen the Paragon or Renegade (blue/red) option, you would have kept both of their loyalties.

So yeah, not a bug ;)

I would like to see a patch soon. the only glitch that i have been suffering atm is audio ones. sound cutting out not for very long but always during dialogue and always at the same exact spot.

I had the sound bu out for about 20 sec. in the cutscene with Samara and her daughter fighting in her apartment. Also, for anyone wondering, I was able to get Conrad to remember my Paragon choice that I made in ME1.

Totally minor, but amusing. If you invite your paramour up to your cabin, view the squad status at Shepard's private terminal, swap the partner's outfit, and return to the couch, the partner is invisible until you interact with the couch, then reappears with the new outfit.

Oh, I just remembered this one as I was walking around the Normandy talking to people:

On the huge image of the Normandy in front of the galaxy map, it shows upgrades to the ship in blue. I noticed when you upgrade the Scanner, it shows the upgrade for the fuel instead, and vice versa.
(So when you upgrade the scanner, it shows arrows pointing to the engines with what appears to be fuel level meters, and when you get the fuel upgrade it shows a scanning module with a big arrow that says "SCANNER" on it.)

Thought that was funny.

Nicely spotted! Seems similar to other reversal bugs in the game (N7 Javelin Missile journal entries for example)

When landing on Ilium the Normandy cutscene only plays the first time, despite (I think) being broken in the middle so it can be played independently of the escort with mechs cutscene.

New update posted. Can any PC owners who've ripped the audio confirm if there is any alternate version of the news article about the consort, so we know if it's meant to be influenced by the ME1 choices or not?

about the Jack and Miranda thing, i think there is a bug because even with a full paragon character when they have there little arguement in Miranda's office i cannot seem to select the paragon option to keep them both loyal. however on this note i was able to select this option on my very first playthrough and i didnt have a full paragon bar then but was still able to resolve the argement with the paragon option and keep both of there loyaties. The problem just keeps occouring on my other playthroughs, i am now on my fourth playthrough and on my 2nd and 3rd i've had the same problem with it both times. The only thing i did diffrent with my first playthrough was that i did Jack's side quest frist and Miranda's second, where as on my 2nd and 3rd i've done Miranda's first. I'm hoping that by doing Jack's before Mirand's this time will maybe sort this problem out, because as of yet it's the only logical explanation i can fathom but i'll update this in a few days when i've reached this point so that i can tell you if my plan works.

360 player

In the Grunt Loyalty mission, the large creature that drops off the klixen randomly went invisible and wouldn't take damage. Unable to proceed. I had to reload twice because of this.
