Floating Sticking Stuck Sheppard (360): On the mission to get Grunt, after you talk to the tank-grown Krogan and walk down the hill and around the corner, you arrive at a room with platforms and bridges where many krogan warriors come out to fight. There are numerous low hanging objects (cables, hoses, metal beams) and when my character walks by them he ends up sticking to them, then levitating up the edges of them and getting stuck into the ceiling. Result: Stuck, can't move, have to reload and re-do.



Forgive the following redundancy, just thought it might be helpful for the programmers to repeat similar bug reports from this thread that may be related:

- "Flying squadmembers. This glitch can result in team members becoming trapped in geometry. Apparently also sometimes occurs to Shepard. Status: Glitched, possibly a collision issue."

- "Sometimes, when walking towards a low object, a chair for example, you can get stuck to it. You sort of jump 1 meter in air and you're stuck there."

- "I walked through solid matter numerous times and then found myself floating above ground."

- "I've quite a few frequent occasions where my character would get pushed up into the air and get stuck floating there."

- "Walking on Air Bug, not mentioned in List. In several locations, especially near boxes the collision can push you up into the air, where you get stuck. On later missions, you can walk over large parts of the map normally inaccessible, but can't finish mission."

- "I think I found a new bug similar to walking in air. I was running around the Normandy's second deck in ME2, and when I walked into one of the control panels surrounding the Normandy hologram I got on top of the whole thing and could walk around inside the holograms."

I know the achievement progress for level 30 is bugged on the 360 as well. The meter never updates.

On Garrus' loyalty mission, where the LOKI mechs are dropped from the ceiling, I hit two with Incinerate while they were falling. The stood up in mid-air and floated slowly to the ground, where they started shooting normally. When I brought up the power wheel use another power, they vanished. No explosion, no death animation, just vanished the very second the power wheel came up.

Not really a bug, but still a mistake: if during the Archangel recruitment mission you leave Zaeed with Archangel, when you head towards the third shutter Zaeed tells you to "get those damn shutters open".



But Zaeed, we are trying to close them!

On Garrus' loyalty mission again, insanity difficulty, the two giant mechs at the end. I got both their sheilds down, cloaked and ran to the other side of them. I waited for cloak to recharge, pulled out the Cain, and charged up a shot. Before it went off, a mech shot a missle at me. The nuke and missle passed each other and I died right as the nuke goes off. Then the console freezes before the load screen comes up. I just died so hard it locked the system.

Forgive me if this has been reported or addressed before, but after completing the Normandy Crash Site DLC mission, the mission report stated I had new research options; a Geth Shield upgrade that increases the benefit to 75% (I already had 2 of 2 upgrades for 50%) and a Tech Damage upgrade to increase damage to 50% (I only had 4 of 5 upgrades for 40%). However, neither upgrade is available to be researched back on the Normandy, nor have they been automatically applied to my Upgrades.

Fortification (Grunt's loyalty power) is described as a percentage of maximum shield power. However, Grunt uses armor, not shields, so the description is misleading.

Not quite a bug, but an annoyance: why isn't the applied ammo power displayed in the lower left corner with the weapon? I can understand using different colors for the weapon effect, but the little icon that pops up next to the weapon is so small as to be near useless even on a good 32" HDTV.  There's little way to distinguish the icon from any other icon, so why not have it somewhere more readable, like on the weapon where standard UI would place such a thing?

Plus, the little ammo icons on the weapons look stupid during cutscenes.

Who's who Bug: During the end of the Collector Ship Mission, I had Tali and Garrus with me. After finishing the Collectors on the platform, the camera switches to Tali, who says a line to you. The thing is, Tali is saying Garrus' lines with Garrus' voice. lol



Another one is with Legion. One of Legion's in-game lines is a Garrus' line with Garrus' voice.

Why isn't the Upgrades screen organized by category, just like the Research screen is? After a nice category system for the Research screen, I find it incredulous that they throw it away to make a single massive alphabetized list of upgrades when you look at the ones you have. It makes reviewing upgrades so much harder.

The force field overlay effect when first talking to Legion is not properly centered when the camera shifts to Legion; the force field effect is shifted to the right, so there's a large strip of empty space on the left side of the screen.

Garrus freezing:

Krogan recruit mission - at the midway point after gaining access to the factory, sent my squad (Garrus & Jack) down the hill to take cover on the first L-shaped platform. When I walk down the hill to trigger the 2 escaping guards, 75% of the time Garrus will freeze with his arm outstretched after 'casting' Overload, both on his own or on my orders. His dialog will continue but is frozen in place and the tank Krogans do not pay attention to him.



Krogans clipping into wall

Same spot on Krogan recruitment mission - put both teammates into cover against the wall on the hill so they were out of action, killed the 2 guards and the first Krogan. Walked slightly up the ramp on the right side to bait the second krogan to come down that way, then backtracked and took cover on the wall on the left path. Waited 30 sec and went back to the right side and found the krogan 98% embedded in the wall.



Travelling after planet scanning

Enter orbit, press Y to start scanning a planet, and back up to the planet travelling screen. 75-80% of the time either the L or R trigger prompts remain on the screen (scan or launch probe)



Incorrect gender dialogue

Playing as female Shepard, receiving random and intermittent male VO during battles/mission travelling, quite often when opening the powers screen with RB



[unsure if this is a bug]

Currently stuck on the Collector Ship mission - no matter what cover I or squadmates take, we are knocked out of cover (usually with full shields) randomly and eviscerated by the Harbinger and Scion(s)



About to abandon a 30 hr save and start over because I can't get thru this stupid fight at all - best I've done is get to the 3rd collector platform docking and maybe half those guys killed before I'm out of medigel or Shepard is whacked, argh

That last thing is not a bug, it's arguably the hardest part in the game on Insanity.  Getting knocked out of cover isn't random though, its the slow-moving black orb that harbinger throws at you.  Even if it hits your cover, averything in a certin radius is knocked back.  You can sometimes dodge this by sliding back and forth while staying in your cover.  I found this sometimes confused the tracking on the orb, causing it to raise up in the air a bit and fly over my head.

It may not apply, but my stratagy with my infiltrator was to cloak and use the widow sniper on all collectors who weren't the harbinger first, and ignore the scions untill last.  Took me like 10 tries, but it is possible.

Aaah, thought the scion attacks were glitching thru the barricades. That makes a bit more sense. Time to take another crack at it tonight before throwing in the towel then, thanks... Regretting picking Vanguard with it's awesome smash-that-barely-scratches-unshielded-enemies-even-when-maxed-out (and won't attack these groups of collectors - stops dead at the edge of the starting platform every time =D)

I was skipping through a conversation with Thane on the Normandy after completing his loyalty assignment, and after I chose to end the conversation -- the camera never moved off his head. I could hear myself moving around, but I couldn't see anything except the top of Thane's head. Obviously, soft crash and reload situation.

Know this has been asked before, but no solution was suggested so i might run it by ye again. No broadband at home, downloaded the DLC at a friend's house. Put my hard drive in his 360. Got the DLC, worked fine. Now though i can't seem to play the game unless i'm connected to Live, which, not having broadband is incredibly awkward. Re-downloaded the DLC at friend's house with HDD in my own 360. Still nothing. But friend can play ME2 offline with the DLC no problems. Anyone know what the story is with that?

Ok, I have the following bugs that im aware of,



1. The missle bug. The opposite of my choice occured and my paragon is a mass murderer.



2. I did not get the incinerator achievement despite always using the ammo and upgrading to level 4.



3. After the first playthrough, I went to upload my renegade from ME1. It lists all my characters as paragons who made the same choices as my first character, This is not so. Has anyone else encountered this?

The Miranda / Jack confrontation is bugged.

I do not know if it is across the board (both PC and 360), but it does not seem to occur for all users.



I was not able to resolve their fight, withouth losing the loyalty of one, the first time through.

The paragon choice was not available, despite having about 90% paragon.



My 2nd playthrough, I had about 80% paragon, and 70% renegade.

The paragon option was not available, but the renegade option was.

Choosing the renegade option squashed the beef, and retained both of their loyalties.



For those of you experiencing this issue, getting your renegade points higher may be the only way to resolve this particular confrontation, for now.

That achievement has nothing to do with ammo.  You can only get it by using the Incinerate ability.

if this is really the hardest part on insanity, then thank goodness. Almost drove me nuts today but managed to get through it. I agree, using a sniper rifle with incindiary ammo on all collectors first and just trying to kill as many as possible worked best for me. Because those harbingers are the the toughest thing in that particular part of the game.

wow i thought the hardest part on insanity for me was on the archangel recruitment mission the third shutter where the pyro vorcha is hiding behind a low wall around a corner and another low wall on your side of the corner. you cant hit him with abilities because you cant actually target him you cant jump over the wall cause hell kill you before you hit the ground. took me like 40 trys to get past him

I know this has happened to at least another person on the Samara loyalty quest not being able to choose the paragon/renegade choices.

Now its happened to me on the conclusion of Legion’s loyalty quest wher Tali and Legion are fighting. My paragon/renegade choices are completely blocked out from me choosing them. I can understand the paragon since its not that high (under 2 bars full) but my renegade is in the final bar. I had no problem with the Jack/Miranda conflict when I did that a earlier with a lot less renegade bard full.

Also:

Mot being able to select what defenses ( the upper and lower level turrets) to activate at the end of Legion’s loyalty guest. I have yet to be able to get the choice.

I believe that you have to command Legion to activate them, like how you did the earlier turrets ("Press A to take control", or whatever (on 360))
Unless it's THAT option you are talking about... Because then I have no idea.
