Does anyone know where I can download 1.02? I went to the download page, but everytime I click download, it opens 1.01 instead. This immensly annoying, considering I need 1.02 to use RtO.

Go to Games->Dragon Age->Game Patches from the menu on top of this page.
That gets you to http://social.biowar...page/da-patches, which has the correct download link for Patch 1.02.
