Social never really worked correctly for me.  Updates (e.g., Achievement unlocks, auto-generated screenshots) for some characters went to one BioWare DA persona ID, updates for another character went to a different persona ID.  When I log on through a browser, I logon with one persona ID, but when I click "Onlne Profile" from within DA:O I am taken to the site under a different persona ID.  Been trying to troubleshoot this off and on for a couple of months now.

Can anyone shed light on the interaction between the EA "Persona" IDs and this site?

Things I notice from https://profile.ea.com/myprofile.do
I have six (!) "personas".  Four of them have parenthetical annotations telling me where they're from. They are:
Spore ID (from the spore character creator thing. I never actually bought the game when it released).
BF2 Soldier Name (from Battlefield 2)
EA classic Screen Name (I have no idea what this means)
Dragon Age Journeys ( web game account)

Two are obviously from DA in some way, and they are:
Dragonage_[8-digits]
Dragonage_[4-digits]

I'm redacting the actual digits in the personas because I don't know if they are intended to be for my eyes only or not.  But why is there two?  Is this why I have two persona IDs for DA:O on this site and why my character related data (achievements, et al.) are split between the two?

Is there a way to link everything up between my old BioWare site forum
account and this one?  I see a registered since date from 2006 somewhere... yet I first registered at BioWare back sometime after NWN launched, perhaps in 2002 or maybe 2003.  That account doesn't seem to be referenced in the EA persona listing at:

Just need some clarity on what all these multiple sites/personas need in order to interact correctly and to have the game interact with the site correctly.

I too have three EA personas (2 from DA:O and 1 from Journeys) and I have no idea why.



A possibly related problem is the fact that I have two player profiles for DA:O - again with no apparent reason. Only one updates, and it appears you've got the same problem.

My issue is even worse.

I have 11 Player Profiles according to Diagnostics. I have no idea why this is. I recently found my most recent character updated to one of these personas and not my main one... then I deleted it and then it showed the same character but at level 1, on my original and presumably oldest persona. I then found him again on the most recent of the 11 personas and with the most recent level-up date.  I have deleted all instances of this character on all the personas I have found him on.  All I want is for him to update on the original persona.

I don't want the other 10 personas. Just the one. I have no idea what's happening. I have also been experiencing numerous log-in problems in game too. Plus the forum language randomly changed to l33t for no apparent reason (and I certainly did not do this).

So I may have had my account hacked... I am not sure.

I changed ISP last month. Could this be the cause?

Any assistance on this issue is most welcome.

i too am having allot of issues with the whole sign in process when i start to play i now have to pick a language , put in my birth date, and then to be told its wrong then put e mail and site password in to be told { 's } persona cant be found with my avatar right next to it. But sometimes

need to put my info in "again" to be able to post in a thread .And last it only says i have 2 char when i have 4 two just wont show



And still getting a error {cant parse this image may contain eroor} Something like that when trying to upload screenshots into an alblum Only been able to put just a few into an alblum before it screwed up again. Your making a bad dituation here with all this multiple signing in all the time. its a hackers( birthday/christmas/newyears present all rapped into one) dream
