I've read that if you pre-ordered the game (standard version) that you receive a code for a free download of the Warden's Keep? Can anyone confirm or deny this and provide a link? Same with The Stone Warden, the * notation says that new copies will come with a card for a free download. Is that only for those of us that pre-ordered or all copies? If it's all copies, why have a price listed with it?

The Warden's Keep is only bundled with the digital version of the CE. The Stone Prisoner comes with all versions bought new.

Shale is being offered at a $15 dollars for those who were not able to buy a new copy, and The Warden's Keep comes at $7 for everyone who didn't get the digital CE.

Not quite. We couldn't have seen The Stone Prisoner included in the retail game. It is a good thing that they are offering it free to most everyone who will be purchasing the game. Only a minority will be actually paying for it, as they would expect to with any other DLC.
