I put in the code here at the website like the card said but at the downloadable content menu in the game it doesn't show any kind of indication that the armor is downloading or anything.
I can use some help here

somehelp me out too this is happening for me i even linked my psn to my account here and it shows that its downloaded here but i cant get it

well for one, no one here is going to help you.

because you posted a ps3 question in the PC Technical support forum
but you may want to try logging out of your account and logging back in if that is an option on the console version.

Sometimes if you register the game it helps. Have you tried that?
