okay finally got the bonus things to downloaded and sign into this forum. problem is after playing and saving for the whole day. i try to resume my game, here what it says:

this saved game contains bioware premium content. to load this saved game, an owner of the following premium content must login:
collectors edtion
wardens keeper
stone prisoner


this is bull. i'm  log in here and in game and on ea just in case. still it won't recongise. i already redem my code. so i can't use it again!!!

god damn it i knew i shouldn't of gotten the collectors edition waste of freaking money!! for content i can't even use. wasted hours and hours of playing!!! god damn it.

Try logging out and logging back in. If you've played with that content before, then you still own it, so you should be able to continue playing. The game may have lost it's connection to the servers at one point and recovered, but forgotten you owned the content.

I had the same problem. I resolved it by connecting the 360 to my internet, and then booting up the game and loading. It worked.



I am still slightly concerned what loading the game offline will do...

blah been login in and out for a while now. it took me a whole day to sign up for this site alone!! it wouldn't let me sign up, after i fixed it. by signing up at ea and then here. now this that problem. now i can't play my save games .



I already done the basic, like signing in and out of the game and here and ea sites. still says unauthorized content. totally blows.

Mine is steam too. Worked no problem yesterday, now I am suddenly unauthorized.

after many tries and almost giving up. i log in and out of ea and this site and game, final time before i started a new game. now it works.



after maybe half hour of login and out. off course making this post after all the frustration. now freaking works. they really gotta fix the sites!

I solved this problem by manually start a service in Windows Vista called "Dragon Age: Origins - Content Updater".
1. Press start
2. Run "services.msc"
3. Find and start "Dragon Age: Origins - Content Updater"
4. Restart game
