Have beaten ME2 once so far. Questions regrading what is different in the verisons of play.

Sitra Foundation quest in ME1: I only killed one hostage but it got labeled a massacre but have read that it might be bugged. Is this bugged to where you always hear Sirta having to probably shut down soon or can you finish the quest in ME1 with zero kills and not have this message or something better than that message?

Samesh Bhatia quest in ME1: I have always given her body back to him in every playthrough but am curious what happens if you choose for the alliance to keep it. Does anyone know? Could it be related to the message you hear about the recruiting for the alliance being down because they haven't had breakthroughs in geth tech (can't remember exact message)?
