I reinstalled XP (and copied all my savegames over) but I can't play the game cos I can't redownload the DLC. What the hell do I do about that?

Ive found it now but the fkn game is asking for my cerberus code again, even though I logged in with the same account!!!! I HATE YOU EA AND BIOWARE WHY DO YOU HAVE TO PUNISH PC GAMERS FOR PAYING FOR YOUR S*1T!!!!
