Got a collectors edition of mass effect 2, starting playing as a soldier then went around a friends house, hes an adept, and was so much more fun to play as rather than being a soldier, Long story short, i redeemed my Collectors Armour on my soldier, If i make a new character, will i still have the chance to have the armour on that?

As long as the DLC is downloaded to your X-Box or PC you should be able to use all DLC, including armour, for all characters. You don't redeem the armour on a particular character you redeem the armour on your account.

Yep what fireclown said is right i have used it on all of my characters.
