im thinking it's just my graphics card or processor but whenever I get in Combat its super hard to target, and I mostly end up relying on my squad to kill everything. This is for Computer btw and It is a Dual Core computer

And lower the resolution. If that doesn't solve it, play in window mode. If that doesn't solve it, play in 640x480. You can find out how in the tweak thread
