ea live support chat is a joke...been way over 24 hours and no response via email and when I wait in the live chat queue time counts down queue is 1 and it gets cancelled why...

I went on that chatt because I didnt get the code either.After 10 minutes they responded and the woman that came asked me account email and said its fixed.Well now when I went in the game I got the New Content Available in menu..but I didnt get the option to download any free content that I could download if I have cerberus network I only got Dragon Armor and after downloading it the New Content Available dissapeared...now I think I will call them again or something..I just dont get it..isnt it more simple if they just give me the damn code?

I have a free Cerberus code for some1, i bought ME 1, as download in EA Store and got a free Cerberus code too...so...if you wan't one pm me...
