So I got mass effect 2 and the code, set up an EA account and Bioware account using my email address that I used for my gamertag. I then entered the cerberus network code here, http://social.bioware.com/redeem/ , and when I loaded up mass effect 2 on my xbox the cerberus message came up, i entered the code there and it said it is already in use. But I don't think I have the Cerberus DLC. How do you know if it worked? how come i dont have it?
