Albeit Sonic was utter trash, I'd still like to see another attempt from Bio making an RPG. Maybe some turn-based stuff in the Dragon Age universe? Or something entirely true?

How about an RPG made by them for the Wii. The console needs more hard-core games added to it's library and people underestimate it's capabilities. The DS on the other hand already has pretty good games for it.

personally i don't think rpg's on the wii would be very good. look at the friggin zelda games they stunk. but i'm not a fan of the wii period. if "VIDEO GAMES" were meant to be a physical activity they would of called them "athletic" games. i play games to relax after i play hockey or basketball. i don't play them to exercise.

That's the thing. Zelda isn't even an RPG. Hell, it's no where near that type of genre.

your playing the game as some kind of elf type character... that spells RPG to me

Just because you play as an "elf-type character" does not mean RPG.

Legend of Zelda is an adventure game.

Edit:

I managed to snag a Wii when it first came out...sold it a week later. The Zelda game wasn't really any fun. All I did was shake the remote and joystick like an idiot.

but your still role playing...

"A role-playing game (RPG) is a broad family of games in which players assume the roles of characters, or take control of one or more avatars, in a fictional setting. Actions taken within the game succeed or fail according to a formal system of rules and guidelines."

the Legend of Zelda fits that discription.

Games can be part of more than one category at the same time. It happens all the time. Zelda games are frequently Adventure-RPG. They can be both at once.

As for Wii RPGs, I've noticed one called Arc Rise Fantasia. I can't help but to wonder if it'll rock or bomb.

My 1 1/2 cents.

You sir, win the idiot award.

Or troll award, I can't really tell which at this point, because your grammar is too terrible to imagine you actually didn't form this opinion of your own think it a perfectly valid statement to make on the Internet.

No, nevermind the perfect 10's that Legend of Zelda always gets. They stunk. Stunk of pure brilliance. Maybe you should connect your forehead to a battery while you sniff some more almoniac.
