Guys today i bought the retail collector's edition of mass effect 2...i played for 30 minutes..then when i restarted my pc to play again the game..when on the menu it says to me press any button the game crashes and sends me to the desktop!
I have windows vista and my pc run very well this game...
HELP ME!!!!

My game rig:
Windows vista 32 bit home premium
ATI Mobility Radeon HD4530 series 521mb
RAM:4gb
Processor:AMD Turion x2 64 2.2 ghz

I bought the retail version of the game..the collector's edition!

Ok...when i started the game the first time i had no problems...i arrived when i finished to talk with the illusive man,then i shut off my pc...today i played mass effect 2 and when i loaded the level there wasn't any sound and then the game freezed.I restarted the game..but this time it crashes when in the menu it says "press any button" and when i press any a button.I reinstalled the game but the problem is every time the same and i can't play this awesome game!
I have to wait a patch???!!!

Although I haven't seen specific connectivity between low end hardware and the symptoms you describe, the HD 4350 is a very minimal video card when it is in a desktop, and will be worse in a laptop. You might be trying to get too much screen resolution out of too weak a GPU (below the official minimum and named as unsupported). Have you tried at 800 by 600?

I deleted my savegames i unistalled the game..then i reinstalled it and i'm playing without problems!I am arrived when you save Garrus!
