I just purchased some points to download additional content, but when I try, the point balance is still zero. How do I gat credit for the points I purchased?

You log in with your account and click on the update button.
If that doesn't work make sure your DAO service is running.
Go to run, type ''services.msc'' without the '' '' and then find the service starting with ''Dragon Age''.
Then set it to start automaticly, and start it manually then yourself. This should solve it.

I think for any king of problems that involved monetary transactions, you should go strait to customer service.

No need to, he have gotten the ponts, his game just don't recognize them. If does what i say it will by 99% chance show up, if it doesn't then, i agree.wonko33 wrote...
